“Easy to create and edit forms

Pros

Creating and editing forms for my website is easy with Jotform and when someone fills one out, their responses are automatically emailed to me.

Cons

I dont have any complaints, it even has a free plan that gives you 100 submissions per month.

Answering surveys is not an issue anymore and the whole process of creating them and getting the information back is simple too.

Pros

The app is so practical for keeping our documents organized and I love the variety we can create. I can design them to match my company's branding and provide clients with forms that are easy to complete. Finding a specific document is no trouble either since I can just search with a keyword. Plus having the signature feature right in the same document where I share information is a huge plus. Overall Jotform really has everything a business needs to stay organized.

Nothing comes to mind, it perfectly handles everything I need right now.

This is a great tool for creating and sharing forms. Also I love that you can set it up to ask follow-up questions based on how someone answers the first one.

Compiling data can get a bit tricky when multiple people are responding to the same form, though this might be due to how I have it set up.

It is incredibly easy to use and has lots of helpful features, even on the free plan and if you are starting a new business on a tight budget, I would say this is a genuinely simple way to create an app or a website.

The font choices and customization feel a bit limited though I am not sure what extra options the paid version offers.

Well it does not save partially filled forms which is a bit inconvenient but it is not a dealbreaker for me.

My favorite thing is how effortlessly I can create custom online forms for any event or survey. Also the platform is so adaptable and handles a huge number of responses without any trouble which is perfect for managing large events. The forms are also very easy for people to fill out online as they do not need to download an app or figure out complicated steps. Overall it is a simple, convenient tool that makes collecting and organizing responses a smooth process.

Cons

One annoying thing is that the form links expire after a while and stop working. This is frustrating when I need to check the form again or collect more responses later. So it would be much better if the links stayed active longer or did not expire at all, so I would not have to stress about losing access.

I have experienced some server downtime and I also wish there were a few more options for customizing the forms.

It is easy to use and we can get forms up and running fast. They are especially handy for building surveys or gathering customer data. Oh and you can do a lot with the free version.

I don't like that you have to pay for extra features like the Gantt chart view.

I like the wide variety of templates and features. I also like the security and anonymity for users. With just a link, people can take surveys without sharing personal info or creating an account.

It can take a while to find the perfect template but once you do, it is very easy to use.
