“Fully customize any form we imagine
Pros
We have the ability to fully customize pretty much any form we can imagine, whether we start from a template or a blank page.
Cons
After someone fills out my form, I have to log into my account to see the results which I find annoying.

Pros
I don't know how to code but this lets me build forms easily without that skill. The offline mode is also a feature I like.
Cons
Getting e-signatures sorted and organized in the app can be a bit tricky sometimes.

Creating new forms is simple and it is easy for people to access and fill them out. We have various departments using it for different things and it seems to meet all their needs so far.
Cons

It is extremely simple to use. It gives you lots of options to customize the forms and make them look like your own. Getting started is also not an issue and the people filling out our forms will find the process very easy.
Cons
The admin website is a little difficult to get the hang of initially. But the more we use it, the more familiar and functional it becomes.
