With Jotform it is easy to build the form and publish it.

I do not thing that there is anything missing within the software or there is anything that I dislike.

I like that I am being able to work on my own time with the flexibility and functions it offers.

People would sign up to work but often do not know when they actually completed the work and now I can find it out.

It is definitely the most advanced form builder available. I can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments directly within forms, use webhooks and send email responses.

Cons

HIPAA compliance is a paid feature in Jotform and it is something that I did not like.

Jotform software is clean, the interactive forms are visually appealing and everything works perfectly.

It can be a bit pricey. So it would be nice to have a more affordable package.

Setting everything up was easy but the payment part can be a bit tricky for someone who is new to it.

I faced payment problems and failed to figure out how to submit payments for customers. Plus in a panic I failed to find help of any sort.

Pros

Jotform user friendly interface allows me to create forms quickly. Also there is a wide variety of templates for different industries and purposes. The drag-and-drop functionality is easy which makes form customization easy. Plus integration with other tools and services, like Google Sheets and PayPal is smooth. I have also had responsive customer support and found the community forum helpful.

Cons

In Jotform there are limited customization options for advanced users who lack coding knowledge. Some features are only available in higher pricing tiers which might be a drawback for small businesses. Also the mobile app could be improved a bit more in terms of usability and feature parity with the web version. And occasionally I experience issues with form submission notifications not being sent instantly. Performance can also be slow with more complex or heavily used forms.

Customer support is almost nonexistent and at times Jotform struggles with complex forms.

“Loved using Jotform!

Pros

I love the creative freedom and flexibility I have in designing forms and templates. Even with a free subscription, there are so many options available. I created a form in Jotform for my employees to sign up for a meeting date and location. When they select their preferred date and time from the drop down box and click SUBMIT, they receive an automatic confirmation email with their selection. This feature has really helped eliminate the issue of employees forgetting which session they signed up for. It is really amazing!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. Jotform platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate, even for someone who is new or inexperienced.

Jotform is very user-friendly and also it was easy to understand as soon as I started using it.

Sometimes, the emails after a form is submitted are not received, but this seems to happen very rarely maybe due to a bug.

Jotform includes excellent automation and auto-correct features. Also it offers over 1,000 templates, integrations and widget. Plus the drag and drop feature requires no coding background to use. Lastly it ensures data protection with 256-bit SSL encryption which is outstanding.

Jotform is quite expensive than other competitors in the market. The AI's learning time is quite slow and it could use some quick machine learning updates to keep up. It requires a lot of bandwidth to function properly.

“My go-to for creating forms

Pros

It has so many different features which made it easy for me to create the forms I wanted and I can even view the submissions. Plus I also like that clients can fill out the forms online from anywhere in the world and submit them easily.

Cons

I sometimes face a login error when trying to access my account. It is annoying and I am unable to figure out why it happens.

Understanding how to set up the payment structure and apply discounts can be a bit difficult mainly for beginners I feel like.

I am on the free trial, so I can only hold a limited number of forms for my Scentsy preorders. I think the limit should be exceeded. but I will just say its an incredibly helpful tool with guidance throughout!

Plus Jotforms advanced security measures keep all forms and their data safe from security threats.

Jotform has provided everything I needed to create forms and I have not faced any sort of trouble till this day.
