“Expensive and unreliable over time

Pros

I like being able to shape my workflow and use approval steps. When those approval flows work properly, they're very useful, though I've noticed they aren't always reliable.

Cons

This is an extremely costly service that only works intermittently. Over time, as the price kept climbing, the very capabilities that convinced me to buy it became flaky and unreliable and I'm now losing clients while wasting hours trying to fix issues with support reps who offer little help or meaningful solutions.

Since we only run this fundraiser once a year, coming back to the product after not using a particular feature for months can make it hard for me to remember the steps to get something done, it's not always obvious. Working with payments and some of the other integrations can be a bit fiddly and annoying to figure out. I do remember contacting customer support once or twice and they helped me resolve the issues.

As someone who works at a public library with very limited funding, the support it gives us has been incredibly helpful. I've relied on it to organize volunteers when extra shifts were needed during our summer reading events and we're also planning to use it for sign-ups for tech help sessions. The platform is fantastic and I keep stumbling on fresh ways it can support our library's needs. While the 100-submissions-per-month cap feels a little restrictive, I appreciate that there are options to boost that allowance without paying which is a really practical fix.

I'd like the free tier's allowances to be just a touch higher, because the current caps can feel limiting for organizations like mine that operate on shoestring budgets.

From my experience, it is packed with features and offers a lot of flexibility. The forms can be adjusted in many ways and at my workplace we depend on it heavily for both internal requests and external-facing forms.

The main problem I've run into is with the product list widget because it won't accept 0 as the quantity. It forces 1 as the minimum which throws people off, especially when they want none of a particular item, so they end up selecting something they don't actually need.

I've bumped into a few snags with the sharing process, likely because we have so many employees, but the support team is quick to step in and resolve things, or they work directly with the department that's affected to fix it. Despite these occasional issues, the platform itself stays simple to use.

There isn't anything I dislike, I haven't even had to reach out to customer support. That said, I'd love more options to customize and personalize forms and the interface to better match my needs and branding.

Our organization saves a lot of time using it as a central hub. It helps us gather feedback, manage submissions and process requests across departments. Rolling it out was easy and employees make fewer mistakes because the system is so clear.

Cons

So far I haven't found any downsides. My team and I reach for it whenever we need to gather information or complete requests and I've heard their support staff is extremely helpful.
