“Balanced simplicity for large teams
Pros
From my perspective, it offers a good balance between simplicity and depth. I was able to pick it up quickly and using it in a large production setup didn't cause issues. Support has been decent and dependable for what we need.
Cons
In our company we rely on it for almost everything and on a few occasions its downtime has been significant enough to disrupt workflows and create major delays in our processes.

“Fast setup with natural customization
Pros
What stands out to me is how quickly I was able to get it running. Customizing forms feels natural and there are plenty of choices during setup. I embed forms directly on my website and use them for podcast submissions and my interior design business.
Cons
it feels a lot like other tools on the market, so it doesn't really have standout features compared to competitors. Also, the free plan's submission allowance is pretty low, although that usually meets my needs.

In my experience, it's easy to work with, affordable and full of useful features. I would definitely suggest it to others.
Cons
Honestly, there's almost nothing I dislike about it. Admittedly, I had to climb a small learning curve at first but it was brief and absolutely worth it given the rich set of features.

“aligned workflows across the workplace
Pros
It's excellent at aligning workplace workflows, everything from logging quality issues and collaborating with teammates to requesting services across our workspace (even getting HR involved in events and so much more). The forms are easy to create and fill out which genuinely makes our daily tasks easier, keeps things more organized and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints but I do wish the app supported more image formats like HEIC. Quite a few of our customers use Apple devices and having to convert each photo before uploading becomes a bit tedious and time-consuming which interrupts the otherwise smooth process.

“Powerful but pricey customization
Pros
What stands out to me is how clear the layout feels which lets me build forms quickly without getting stuck. Having lots of templates to start from and the option to connect with other services makes the tool feel flexible and useful for many situations.
Cons
Personalizing the forms could be made simpler, I often find some of the more advanced customization settings awkward to navigate and sometimes the form builder takes a while to load. On top of that, the cost of the upper-tier plans feels quite high for smaller companies like mine.

“Clean forms that speed up support work
Pros
From my experience, it is very easy to work with. The forms I create are clean and simple for others to open and fill out which helps my daily tasks move along faster. Using it every day in our office has made customer support work much easier to manage.
Cons

Pros
At work, I've become a big supporter of it because it helps clean up internal processes and communication. My team uses it regularly for things like surveys, scheduling, HR requests and more. I haven't run into major issues and getting it up and running didn't take much effort.
Cons
Because creativity matters to me, I wish there were more branding options to better reflect my company's look and feel. The support team did point out the "Advanced Designer" feature as a way to access extra styles but I'd still like even more built-in customization choices.

Pros
the platform has felt very natural for me to use. We were able to set it up in our practice without problems and editing forms doesn't take much time. It's proven to be helpful for the entire team.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems with the software. Occasionally it will act up or glitch but those moments are rare and don't happen very often.

What I've noticed is that there are plenty of templates and ways to adjust forms to match specific needs. I really like being able to include multiple categories within one form, since that makes it useful for different projects without rebuilding everything.
Cons
In my experience, although you can set up multiple categories, I can't get the form to accept more than one response per submission. At least that's something I haven't managed to do yet.

Honestly, I use it constantly at work for surveys, feedback, remote work requests, meal planning and more. Everything has run so well that I haven't needed to contact support. Setting it up didn't take long and it connects with several useful tools we already rely on.

the platform feels relaxed and welcoming to use. Filling in required information happens quickly which saves me time when I'm in a rush.
Cons

As someone who needs flexibility, I really enjoy using it. I depend on it for forms, approval steps, surveys and QA checks. The customization options let me adjust each form to fit its purpose without extra effort.
Cons
Sometimes the app crashes and when that happens it can take quite a while before we can access or use our forms again which disrupts our workflow.

Honestly, the experience has felt very smooth overall. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt this one was deserved because the product feels well thought out. After trying other tools, it has easily become my favorite.
Cons
