So far I haven't found any issues with the program's performance and I genuinely feel it offers a great set of features with a bright outlook as a survey management tool. “Flexible builder for any role
Pros
I've found it to be the most flexible, online and user-friendly form builder I use to create personal or professional forms for many purposes, surveys, registrations, feedback and more. Whether I'm a small business owner, leading a marketing team, teaching, organizing events, or selling, it helps me gather information much more easily.
Cons
From my experience, most of it's features require an internet connection, so it's a clear drawback when I need to access or work with forms offline.

I'm able to link the data collected from forms into a Google Sheet to build dashboards. I can also create approval workflows that follow our roles hierarchy.

We rely on it to keep track of several internal workflows that require approval from senior management. For example, I use it for travel expense claims, IT requests and various HR-related processes which keeps everything organized and easy to follow.

“Clear oversight for request management
Pros
I'm able to view every request my direct reports submit and I can either approve or deny them. This makes it much easier for me to stay organized and to direct each request to the right department so they can take action.
Cons
It would be great if the platform let me modify a request after it's been submitted, instead of forcing me to cancel everything and create a brand-new request. I want simple options like Approve, Deny, or mark as Pending so I can change the status without redoing the submission.

“Advanced forms with deep integrations
Pros
I find setting up sturdy, feature-rich forms really easy and simple. Besides basic fields, I can add drop-down menus, checkboxes and radio buttons and there are date masks that come with calendar pickers. Encryption is supported and I can build email workflows, automatic responses and thank-you pages. It's simple for me to export respondents and their information into Excel for tracking. I've linked my forms to other services like Salesforce, PayPal, Adobe Sign and Google Drive, among others. I can also restyle the form pages to match our company's branding and the paid plan gives me even more control over the visual design.
Cons
My only real wish is for a couple more free forms. Right now the free tier caps me at five forms and I'd personally appreciate two extra slots. Beyond that limitation, I don't have much bad to say about it, it fits my needs well.

“simple workflows with slack integration
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how simple it feels to use. The interface is easy to get around, there are lots of ways to customize forms and connecting it to other apps is surprisingly simple. At my company we rely on Slack and their built-in Slack integration lets us build multiple workflows that help align and optimize everyday tasks. Overall, I find it dependable and an excellent tool for designing and managing forms online.
Cons
When I'm using it for personal projects, the free tier feels pretty restrictive and the paid plans are often expensive unless you're part of a large organization. I also found that the more advanced tools come with a steep learning curve, so getting comfortable with them takes time. Working without an internet connection is another downside since offline capabilities are quite limited. Because we use it almost every day at work, we've run into occasional performance hiccups that make the app respond slowly at times. Finally, when I need help from customer support it can take quite a while to get a reply which becomes a real problem if there's a company-wide issue and it is our primary tool at that moment.

“Integrates responses with Google Sheets
Pros
What I like most about it is that whenever I build a form, every response can be captured into a Google Sheets matrix, that makes it incredibly handy for running data analysis, preparing presentations, building dashboards and handling other reporting tasks.
Cons
One downside I face with it is the way dropdown menus are handled: every option has to be typed directly into the form builder. For instance, if I maintain a list on a Google Sheet that gets updated from time to time, there isn't a built-in way for me to link that sheet so the dropdown updates automatically. That forces me to go into each form and edit the dropdown options by hand. It's especially tough if I manage many different forms, imagine dozens or even over a hundred its across a growing company because I'd have to repeat the same update across each one. It becomes a real maintenance headache as things scale and it doesn't feel sustainable long-term when we're rapidly adding more forms. Updating every form one-by-one eats up hours of my time and introduces the risk of inconsistencies and errors across forms.

Beyond the standard defaults, I really appreciate that I can include interactive widgets to give respondents more flexible and engaging ways to answer the form questions.
Cons
We don't currently have a way to apply weighting to individual questions and I feel that adding that capability would make creating graded tests much easier.
