Smooth workflow integration

Pros

Our department finds it extremely user-friendly and it's helped us consistently deliver everything required during enrollment. We rely on it all the time because adding forms into our daily workflow is smooth and easy. Honestly, I recommend it, it removes a lot of unnecessary steps we used to deal with. It covers everything we need, from forms and RSVPs to submissions and more, making it an excellent tool for handling routine business essentials.

Cons

Sometimes I wish the free plan allowed more monthly submissions, because the current submission limit feels restrictive for my needs.

Simple request and letter creation

Pros

the thing I like best about it is how it makes requesting things and creating letters so simple, I just complete a form and it takes care of the rest.

Cons

I find the biggest drawback is that I can't make changes after submitting a request which can be frustrating if I notice a mistake or need to update information later.

Improves inter-department communication

Pros

it has made connecting different departments unbelievably simple. I find communication clear and no longer altered through word-of-mouth, requests are easier to digest and keep organized and the platform feels very simple and user-friendly.

Cons

I genuinely appreciate everything I've experienced and created with it and I haven't found any problems while using the platform.

Great platform for daily tasks

Pros

We find it to be a great platform for handling our everyday tasks. It proves extremely handy any time we need to put together a form and the layout and design are simple to work with.

Cons

Versatile for forms and online stores

Pros

I've found it incredibly versatile. You can build a basic form or even set up a full online store. At my workplace, we rely on it for almost everything because it's so easy to use and reliable for gathering and managing data.

Cons

Submit requests without calling

Pros

I appreciate that I can submit requests for work letters and appointment bookings without having to call and speak to anyone on the phone.

Cons

What frustrates me is that I can't change any of the information after submitting the form which is really inconvenient.

Easy navigation and management

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and easy to manage and it's user-friendly both for the person creating the form and for the respondent. Its email feature is simple to use and lets me send coaching forms to agents right after submission and I can track whether they've been acknowledged. I also find it very helpful when I need to layer different sections into a coaching form and filter what applies or doesn't at submission time. After coaching, trainees usually prefer it because it helps them clearly see their strengths and areas for growth without jumping through hoops or any extra steps.

Cons

One limitation I notice is that I can't add more than one additional email when submitting a form. I can include the coachee and their supervisor but I can't add a third or fourth address when more than one higher-up needs to be notified.

Dependable, secure and easy tool

Pros

For quite some time I've been relying on it and honestly it has grown into a tool I couldn't do without. What stands out for me is how easy and secure it is which gives me confidence that it's a dependable way to build and handle any kind of form I need.

Cons
