Cons
I haven't run into any problems since I opened my it account years ago. The only small stumbling block came when I first began using the platform but it didn't take me long to get comfortable with the interface and to master form creation. Overall, my experience has been smooth and trouble-free.

Pros
One feature I really appreciate is the 'Product List', it makes arranging items and their pricing easy. I also find the range of widgets handy, especially for people launching a new business.
Cons
One nuisance is that I can't set the default product quantity to '0', so shoppers have to manually deselect items since everything is checked by default. The form still functions but this extra step makes it unnecessarily tough for people using phones.

Integrations are a huge benefit too, it connects smoothly with tools I use like Notion and Slack which helps me align workflows and save valuable time. On top of that, the way responses are organized and the reporting options make analyzing results easy. Overall, it has surpassed my expectations and become an indispensable, reliable form builder for both my personal and organizational needs.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a real downside but I do wish the form personalization options were more extensive. It would be great to have deeper styling controls, a wider selection of fonts and layout choices and finer control over field appearance so I can make forms match my branding more closely.

I feel the most valuable thing about it is the depth of insight it offers. Being able to stay accountable and pinpoint where I should improve matters a lot and it makes that process easy and effective.
Cons

it's flexibility and simple design are things I really appreciate. It's incredibly simple to build and manage forms and easy to roll out across our workspaces. We rely on it regularly for many areas of our business, from Human Resources submissions to event RSVPs and more. On top of that, we use it in quality audits for both customer and client support.
Cons
It's frustrating that each time I need to confirm a coaching form I am forced to log into my account again. It would save a lot of time if the session stayed active between uses. I also wish there were quicker, more responsive customer support options to help when things don't work smoothly.

Pros
Over the last two years I've been using it and have been able to successfully create, share and analyze entries from it across our company. It's super easy to use and set up. We use it a lot, I'd say on a weekly basis but we could probably use it more. It also integrates with Notion which is extremely important for us as well.
Cons
Not a con but I wish this tool offered more customization for forms, like extra color palettes, title sizing, layout flexibility and similar options overall.

What I appreciate most about it is how simple it makes building a new form and gathering responses that I can later use for reporting. Whenever I send a form for a survey or to collect critical job-related details, recipients seem to complete it without any confusion. Cons
I get frustrated when a glitch prevents the form data from automatically updating my Google Sheets or Excel file, because then I have to manually sync everything and it wastes time.
