“simple platform for data management
Pros
I've always thought this platform is incredibly simple and it really gives me an edge when I'm trying to keep my data organized.
Cons
So far the platform has performed excellently overall and because of that I feel pretty confident using it.

“Dependable and easy to use tool
Pros
From my experience, it feels like a dependable, easy-to-use and secure tool that makes putting together and handling forms much less of a issue. If you're trying to gather information in a neat, professional way, I'd recommend giving it a serious look. It comes with loads of prebuilt form templates you can drop in and start using, yet it also gives you plenty of room to tweak and personalize things. I also like that it hooks into other services, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Mailchimp and more, so moving data in or out is easy.
Cons
I do run into a limitation with the free it plan: it caps the amount of data you can store and that becomes a real headache when I collect big batches of responses or want to keep records for the long haul.

“easy interface, smooth integrations
Pros
User interface is really simple and it's been very useful that third-party apps, like our credit card processor, integrate smoothly with it. Creating new forms is easy and I often just clone an old form and tweak it for a different purpose. We rely on it every day and get responses from our forms constantly. The live chat support is handy whenever questions come up and getting started with the app was simple. I also appreciate the integration links they provide which nicely automate QR code creation and other link generation.
Cons
We've run into a small issue when trying to sort the data pulled into Excel from the fields in our form exports, the way the fields come through makes it tricky to organize and filter the information exactly how I need it.

“aligns HR and audits
Pros
I don't really use it primarily for surveys the way I think most people do. Instead, I've built online forms for HR processes, regulatory inspections and quality checks and it's made audits much smoother. I've even put together a logistics dashboard with the tool. I converted the web link into an APK so we could load the app onto our Keyence scanners. Overall, I really love it.
Cons
We rely heavily on dropdown lists of values (LOVs) and I wish there was a feature to create a single LOV and link it to multiple pages. That way, when a common selection like a list of names or sites needs changing, I could update it once in the master list instead of opening each page and editing them individually. It would save a lot of time.

“Easy work order management
Pros
It's so easy and user-friendly and I love all the plugins and integrations I can set up. I use it to generate work orders for my department and now we have excellent tracking and management of every work order across the team which is saving me time when putting together reports. I'm really happy with it, implementation was easy and the customer support has been very helpful.
Cons
I would love a way to follow up on the reports I generate, for example, the ones I use to create work orders, so technicians could reply after an order is closed. That feature would be amazing.

“Unlimited surveys without limits
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is that it lets me build surveys as long as I need without nagging me with a question cap. I actually put together a 25-question questionnaire on it and I'm very pleased with it. It was a big help for the research I was doing.
Cons
Sometimes I'd like the platform to make it simpler to display results as a pie chart, maybe that feature exists but I couldn't find it. Having an easier way to visualize data would speed up result analysis.

“Reliable long-term platform
Pros
Over the past eight-plus years I've relied on it across various parts of our company. The return we get compared to the annual fee is something I haven't seen from any other provider. They've kept enhancing the platform and the new capabilities have resolved long-standing issues we've struggled with.
Cons
I sometimes find the new PDF builder a little temperamental to work with. Also, when forms are shared, the question of who owns them gets complicated, though it could just be that we haven't figured out the correct workflow.

it makes building and storing forms simple and integrates smoothly with Google services. Our team has relied on it for five years and we intend to keep using it for at least another five! Within my organization I'm able to build a wide variety of forms that come in really handy and I can link them to Google Sheets as well as many other platforms like Slack and similar tools.
Cons

Pros
Mapping fields to my PDF wasn't overly difficult and I was able to get things set up without too much issue. It really needs better automation, however, since that feature isn't in place. Getting started with it felt quite time-consuming for me.
Cons
Sometimes I feel they use bait-and-switch tactics that push me into switching my plan to the far pricier HIPAA-compliant forms.
