“HubSpot integration works well
Pros
form builder is really easy to pick up and use and for me connecting it with HubSpot went off without a hitch.
Cons
However, I wasn't able to tie the form's result directly to a particular deal, although I could still generate a deal manually.

Pros
it is really simple for both of my administrators and end users which makes it easy for people across different skill levels to use.
Cons
We did find some parts of the setup a bit confusing at first when trying to create and publish forms, though we picked up the process quickly.

I find it incredibly easy to use, so I don't need any previous experience to get started.
Cons
For me, the widgets occasionally don't match what I'm searching for but the chat helps a lot when I'm trying to sort things out.

I appreciate that there are numerous form elements available which makes locating and adding different question types quick and easy and it links easily with our G Workspace files. I'm enjoying it and plan to rely on it regularly.
Cons
We're not finding any downsides up to this point. As a nonprofit organization, we're really enjoying it and it has been a great fit for our needs.

From my experience, it is incredibly easy to use and I can add conditional logic to forms in ways Google Forms just doesn't allow.

Personally, I'm really happy with this tool because it gives guests a single place to find everything which works far better than paper schedules that get lost.
Cons
great tool overall but as a small nonprofit, our budget is already stretched thin and while I know the company needs to make money to stay in business, the price is a real strain for us. It would be incredible if they offered a nonprofit discount similar to what Canva provides.

Honestly, I find it very easy to use and for a couple of projects I put together a form that worked really well, with everything exporting easily into a spreadsheet.
Cons
Nothing.... I don't really have any complaints but the storage runs out quickly so I ended up needing to upgrade.

We rely on it to capture and timestamp submissions, issue receipts and automate workflows and I've seen it save us countless hours while integrating smoothly with our CRM through Zapier.
Cons
I honestly can't come up with many real negatives. If I had to point out something, though (and it's not truly it's fault), it's that the platform makes tasks so effortless and automatic that people may stop exercising critical thinking. That can reduce creative problem solving and create a training shortfall if our internet connection or it itself ever went offline.

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to use, I switched from another form builder easily and now rely on it both for my own business and at my day job.
Cons
there's nothing major I dislike, it's fantastic. If I had to nitpick, simpler SQL integrations would be nice but that's a very minor point.

In my experience, it provides a remarkably aligned interface and I've been able to turn tasks that once felt overwhelming into things my team and I can complete quickly.
Cons
I don't see any ads. I feel that running online ad campaigns for it would boost its SEO standing and would dramatically improve how hobbyists and small businesses perceive the product.

it works extremely well, I love how simple it is, how it auto-populates PDFs and how I can build complete systems rather than just basic forms.
Cons
Occasionally it behaves unpredictably and automated emails arrive late, these problems are rare and I've been a long-time power user.
