“Handles multi-signer contract workflows
Pros
In our situation, we need several different people to sign contracts separately (rather than co-signing the same document) and it is the only tool we've discovered that supports this workflow. The platform is easy to use and was easy to set up.
Cons
nothing.... I haven't found any drawbacks with how we use it in our workflows.

“Reliable tool across different roles
Pros
Back when I first went looking for a form submission platform, I was running a business and needed my clients to be able to print work orders to affix to their packages. Since moving into a program coordinator role, I've put it to use for everything, from collecting event RSVPs and scheduling appointments to building customized workbooks that clients can revisit and update over months and it also handles our daily attendance tracking for morning instruction. it is so easy to use and flexible that I've kept relying on it through a complete career shift. The app's integrations actually work well and their support team responds quickly and solves problems. Honestly, I can't picture switching to anything else.
Cons
The biggest downside I've run into with it is that it doesn't include native tools for analyzing data. When I need to dig into trends or create visualizations, I turn to Qualtrics since my employer provides it for free. It would be great to see the team prioritize adding data-visualization features so I wouldn't have to jump to another service.

“Highly customizable and simple forms
Pros
I'm really impressed by how user-friendly it is, I find it simple to navigate and highly customizable for tailoring forms to my needs.
Cons
Maybe it could offer a few additional plugins to support particular question formats or connect with other apps, though I only tried the free tier so I might be overlooking some features.

“Easy lead generation with flexible forms
Pros
For generating and nurturing leads, it has been a game-changer for our business. It's incredibly user-friendly and hooks up with just about every platform we use. Even with a tech-savvy team, we found it easy to roll out and pick up. I really appreciate how much I can tailor the forms to our needs and the built-in features that come ready to go. We rely on it for our daily marketing.
Cons
There isn't much I can fault about the platform. I haven't needed to reach out to customer support, so I can't really speak to that experience but I would like to see them provide more webinars and learning sessions.

“Drag and drop form creation
Pros
The easy drag-and-drop interface makes building forms effortless for me and I really appreciate how well it connects with a variety of front-end services (for example Authorize.Net for payments) and back-end systems like Salesforce.
Cons
I can't reorder the list of forms in the main window, so I usually have to scroll through the list to locate the specific one I'm looking for.

Pros
I like that it's simple, with easy drag-and-drop functionality. I also appreciate that it's web-based, so I don't have to install anything. The forms look professional and have worked well for me over time.
Cons
There honestly isn't anything that I dislike.

“Secure and mobile friendly communication
Pros
it's reliable for communicating with patients in a secure, HIPAA-compliant way and I like that there's a mobile app so I can access the platform from my phone easily.
Cons
I think the platform could be more user-friendly because some features feel buggy, for instance, after the first back-and-forth in a patient message thread, the system appears to send subsequent patient replies to my email and I would prefer that not to happen.

“Easy system integrations
Pros
I've found it consistently user-friendly and incredibly easy to integrate into our systems at all times.
Cons
Although I haven't run into problems with it, I would really appreciate step-by-step walkthrough videos that demonstrate how to use the more advanced features as practical examples clearly.

“Affordable event registration forms
Pros
I have used it for many different tasks both personally and professionally. What I really appreciated it for was event registration. The form was simple to build and embedding it in our website was very feasible. We didn't run into any issues and the cost was significantly lower than the competitors we evaluated. The registration emails that attendees and our team received were very clear. We set maximum quantities for each tier and never had any of them get oversold. It has been the best form solution we've used by far to date.
Cons
After attempting to build an order form, I ran into problems linking our Stripe account properly to it. That issue discouraged me from proceeding with creating this payment form on the platform altogether.

“Reliable digital forms for schools
Pros
During the COVID closures, when parents couldn't come into our school, I started using it to share all the important paperwork we usually handed out. Being able to rebuild every one of our forms on it honestly saved us: creating the forms is easy, filling them out is simple and it has cut down on so much wasted time for everyone. I also really value the Customer Support team and how fast they answer questions. Even now that we're back in the building, I still rely on it for everything from permission slips and fundraising drives to registration packets for incoming students!
Cons
I have one annoyance that comes up occasionally: sometimes, completely at random, I'll get the email notification when a parent finishes a form and the usual PDF attachment isn't there. I don't know why that happens and it can be frustrating in the moment but it's not hard to fix, I just log into it and download the PDF directly from the submission. It's a minor issue but it does interrupt the flow occasionally.

“Smart forms with conditional logic
Pros
This tool is for every day use and it's been fantastic. It's incredibly easy to set up and integrate with new websites or landing pages and I really appreciate how customizable it is so it can match any site's color scheme. One feature I especially like is the conditional formatting, being able to add or remove questions based on a user's earlier responses makes the forms much more simple and efficient to use.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that there's no simple checkbox option on cards for getting someone to agree to terms and conditions, instead it seems you have to create a whole new card to capture that consent. I wish there were a minor, built-in agreement checkbox so I could avoid adding extra cards just for a terms/conditions acceptance.

“Flexible form setup and sharing
Pros
I've found it to be a fantastic solution for submitting and managing forms. There was a bit of a learning curve at first but after getting the hang of it I can tailor forms exactly the way I want, making fields mandatory, setting up conditional options that appear when a specific choice is picked and generally shaping the flow to match our process. Their customer support has resolved most issues we've run into and usually gets back to us quickly. Creating forms is easy and sharing them is as simple as sending a link. It also meshes well with our PDF forms which is the only integration we've tried and we rely on it to collect client information for scheduling classes and for the documents our instructors need to complete. During the week we normally receive its daily.
Cons
Occasionally it glitches when populating PDFs and the data ends up in the wrong fields which is frustrating. I've used it to administer a written test but because the responses are freeform rather than multiple-choice or true/false, grading has to be done manually. That becomes especially difficult when answers don't land in the right spots on the PDF. This problem has only shown up with that particular form and it's also the only time I've felt their customer support wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue which was disappointing given how responsive they've been otherwise.

“Quick setup with strong features
Pros
I can set up forms and get them live quickly and without fuss. The range of features available, even on the free tier, is truly impressive. It integrates with essential tools (for us, the Google suite). Finally, I've been really impressed by how prompt and helpful customer support has been.
Cons
I've found some bugs that, frustratingly, haven't been explained, so I end up checking things manually every week to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

“Forms built for compliance needs
Pros
As the owner of a home care agency, I have to follow my state's rules and regulations, so I've put together several forms to handle our quality assurance visits and the initial consultations with clients.
Cons
Right now I can't think of anything I dislike about it at all.

“Automated document workflows
Pros
Because I need to tailor my replies to the different choices customers make, I've been able to upload documents that get sent automatically whenever I approve a message. That's cut down on so much of my workload and also gives me a neatly organized, easy-to-sort customer file system that I can rely on.
Cons
We ran into a few hiccups integrating Stripe during setup but after some persistence we eventually got everything working. In the end, though, we chose to limit our use of the platform to only handling those customized responses.

“Paperless forms with reporting
Pros
this tool is simple and flexible, letting me create imaginative forms tailored to our needs. Because of it, we've improved our form setup and made access easier for clients. It also freed up storage space since we don't keep paper copies anymore. On top of that, I can generate reports fast and it captures every piece of data we require in those sudden, on-the-spot situations.
Cons
I wish there were a mid-level plan that lets smaller teams have multiple users without needing Enterprise.

“Advanced forms with calculations
Pros
As a frequent user, I consider this the most comprehensive tool for creating forms, I rely on it especially for calculated fields. It helps me assess my team's performance and I can export datasets to Excel to assemble dashboards. After learning the basics, I find it easy to set up and to connect with other services.
Cons
I think the PDF builder could use work, although it's somewhat simple, it's quite restricted in functionality and not very user-friendly overall.

“Simple listings and sharing
Pros
I've really been impressed by how easy the interface is, I can quickly upload photos, set prices and add options without any issue. What I also appreciate is how easy it is to share listings across social channels, email, text and basically any platform.
Cons
At the moment, I don't see any real drawbacks for our business whatsoever.
