“Fast forms with payments
Pros
Great tool.... I can put together a fully functional form in about five minutes that lets me collect key contact details, take payments and hook into third-party apps for project management and other organizational needs.
Cons
For me, the premium it plan feels a little pricey on a monthly basis.

“Replaces my manual excel work!
Pros
I'm thrilled that I no longer waste hours in Excel building tables and forms and I really appreciate how effortlessly everything is integrated and used within each form. We currently have roughly 20 of these forms that we haven't started using yet.
Cons
Honestly, I can't find any real drawbacks, the technical support has been excellent and the way features are used directly inside the forms works very smoothly.

Pros
Our team relies on it for a wide variety of tasks, it's flexible enough to build custom flows when needed, yet simple to spin up a basic form in minutes. I also love that it connects with tools like AirTable which makes it even more powerful.
Cons
I'd like a simpler way to lay out several form fields next to each other so the forms feel more aligned for users, honestly that's a small problem but it would improve the experience.

it is incredibly easy to put together forms and yet it still supported sophisticated elements like conditional logic, automated workflows and approval paths. The forms I made looked professional and were simple to distribute.
Cons
My less tech-savvy colleagues sometimes struggled with certain features and I think clearer documentation would have greatly helped them.

Pros
I can create multiple its and tailor them down to the smallest details, from layout and fields to branding and validation rules. My customers consistently find it very easy to navigate and fill out the forms from home and since we've moved everything onto a digital platform we've dramatically reduced our reliance on paper across the organisation.
Cons
Whenever I upload an existing form, the formatting comes through poorly and requires a lot of manual cleanup, it's often quicker for me to build the form from scratch on a blank canvas.

“Easy setup that improves team performance
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is the user experience, I've found it extremely easy to set up features that allow my team working out in the field to go above and beyond and consistently wow our clients.
Cons
One drawback I've found with it is how tricky it can be to implement even basic logical flows which makes programming feel more tough than I'd like, on top of that, video-based customer support is restricted to enterprise accounts only.

“Time saving templates for faster forms
Pros
Choosing from a library of templates means I don't have to reinvent the wheel every time I need something. They save me a lot of time when I'm rushing to create a piece and can also serve as a launching point for fresh ideas when I have the luxury to develop something more original.
Cons
The form designer tab doesn't feel as helpful as I'd expect, it's not as simple to navigate as it could be. For example, I want to be able to tweak spacing with less effort and changing margins or paddings should feel quicker and more easy than it does now.

“aligned onboarding with embedded forms
Pros
Using it, I find creating digital online forms easy and it has really helped me align our onboarding process. It was easy to embed the form right on our website so we could gather information automatically without us having to do anything!
Cons
Every now and then I struggle to get the radio buttons to behave exactly how I want them to which can be frustrating. I haven't reached out to customer support about it because it hasn't stopped our workflows and I suspect much of the trouble comes down to my own mistakes rather than a flaw in it.

the interface is really easy to use and I appreciate the huge number of integration options, the helpful tutorial videos and how quickly they respond when I report issues.
Cons
Some of the menu options don't feel simple to me at first but after I locate them I can easily remember where they are for future use.
