Pros

Jotform offers the best value for the money. It combines great customer support with real ease of use. Collecting data and personalizing our forms is a very easy process too and the support team is always proactive about fixing any bugs or problems that pop up.

Cons

I found that the Free plan has limited capabilities and there is a difficult learning curve for users who are new and inexperienced.

Pros

For both of my businesses, JotForm is the engine I use. The most useful aspect of it is having the ability to gather client information and receive payments all within a single system.

Cons

It is a bit of a hassle that I have to hide some forms when I only want to show a client one specific price and not my entire price list.

“Perfect for building personalized forms

Pros

Being able to build and personalize my own forms for client data collection is exactly what I needed. Once a form is submitted, I can save it as a PDF for my records which is perfect. The service provides amazing value and it's all so easy to handle. My customers can just click a link I send them and fill out the form on their phone or laptop without any trouble.

Cons

I genuinely cannot find any negatives. The platform is so easy for me to use and I have not run into any problems with it at all.

“Way too easy for creating apps

Pros

Using it is way too easy. I rely on it for creating apps and it is very simple to add different elements and connect the app to outside sources like YouTube and other social media links. Plus the free version is quite generous, giving you 5 forms at no cost and making data collection easy.

Cons

This has been a very useful tool so far. But for the app builder, I'd love it if it allowed videos to play automatically when a page opens, instead of needing to embed an external video link.

Pros

This is a tool I rely on every single day for work to monitor client requests and it's both dependable and keeps everything in order.

Cons

It has occasional outages that stop me from being able to do my job but thankfully it does not happen all the time.

Pros

Having a form that I can heavily customize is a top priority for me along with how simple it is to operate. The cost is very reasonable too particularly when you need to create a lot of forms. Their support team is also getting better and quicker at responding.

Cons

The inability to have several people access the Jotform admin panel is a major downside, it restricts organizations and creates a bottleneck, since only one person can edit forms unless you find a workaround. The Enterprise level fixes this but it's a lot more expensive and priced beyond what most teams can afford. Support can also be tricky as sometimes they do not fully read the request or whats already been tried to fix a problem.

Pros

As per me Jotform is incredibly easy to use and is the top platform for gathering data. Customizing it is easy too and you can tailor it for a huge variety of purposes. Using the collected info to generate reports and handle documents across different fields is not a problem. On top of that their customer service is outstanding. In short you definitely get your moneys worth with this tool.

Cons

They do not advertise it well enough. Like I only found out about it during the pandemic when other people at my university were using it to collect data for our research.

The platform is easy, simple and the layout is not complicated at all. Plus figuring out new features and shortcuts is never a problem.

My wish is for it to be more visually attractive and to offer more options for customizing things like colors and images.

This is so simple to use, my experience with it has been fantastic and I plan to keep using it for all our form creation. I mean it is wonderful having everything located in one spot.

I'd like to see better options for customizing the design, the ability to make icons smaller and to adjust where they are placed on the form.

Pros

Jotform is one of the simplest, most user friendly and valuable business platforms I have ever come across. I have never faced a single glitch and neither have any of my clients. The process is always smooth and fast for both me and the people filling out the forms. I was also really impressed by how simple it was to keep my clients digital waivers both secure and well-organized. Plus the ability to make adjustments and edits to the waivers whenever needed was also a major plus.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about it. In a perfect world, maybe a signed waiver would automatically print out in my office since I like having both paper and digital copies. But that's just a personal wish, not an actual fault with the service!

There are just so many options available. The logic features are excellent too. Like if you have a bit of Excel knowledge, you will quickly understand how the logic works behind the scenes in Jotform.

Cons

Certain things like the email notifications, I feel like could be better adapted for the German language.

It is the best tool for building dynamic, interactive forms, the platform is very easy to use, the support team is great and it provides excellent value for the price.

The only thing I dont like is that not many people have heard of them. I mean they really deserve more recognition.

We use it for all sorts of things from the daily pre-start checklists for our machinery to running site inductions and delivery briefings for our contractors.

It would be helpful if renaming a form when you download it was easier, so it's simpler to find later in our archives.

Creating professional-looking online forms requires no coding knowledge with Jotform. Plus its drag and drop interface is very user friendly. Also there are hundreds of templates to pick from and the customization possibilities are vast. Connecting it with apps like Google Drive and Dropbox makes gathering and managing information a seamless process.

Cons

The free plan has pretty strict limits on how many responses we can get and how much we can store. All this can be too restrictive if you use it often. You also need a paid plan to take off its branding.

This tool is very simple and user friendly. Plus it really saves a lot of time when we are building forms. You can also link it up with other programs which is a huge plus.

Cons

The restrictions on the free version can be annoying at times as they really limit the functionality. I think these limits should be adjusted.

It gives you great bang for your buck with tools that are simple to master. Whenever I need help, their customer support is quick to respond and genuinely useful.

Some of the more advanced features feel a bit restricted unless you pay for an upgrade. Also the interface can seem a bit complex when you are just starting out.

Setting up our diver waiver and trip reservation forms is pretty easy and using conditional fields lets us tailor questions for either liveaboards or single-day trips.

The support team can be slow to reply during the busy season and uploading large files from boats sometimes requires a second attempt.
