“Advanced forms with payment integration
Pros
Handling complex scenarios feels easy for me and I like how well it integrates with payments, styling options and advanced form features.
Cons
When I view form response data, it often comes packed with extra formatting and irrelevant bits that make it messy. I'd like the webhook payloads to be cleaned up so they only include the real field values and for variables to be labeled using the field titles.

The integrations matter a lot to me and I appreciate being able to adjust branding and change plans without downtime.
Cons
There isn't much that bothers me, overall the tool performs reliably, yet I notice the automatic emails' pre-filled formatting feels somewhat awkward and clumsy.

Cons
What frustrates me are the caps on how many forms I'm allowed to make, plus the fact that responses could only be directed to a single email address. We recently upgraded our subscription, so it's possible those limitations have already been addressed!

Pros
Managing multiple forms feels simple to me and collecting responses in a multi-table view is very convenient.
Cons
It would be fantastic if I could merge responses from several forms that share identical fields into a single congreatated table and I'd also appreciate having the flexibility to make forms more dynamic and adaptable to different workflows.

I picked it up quickly and had it implemented without much issue. It tied into Zapier easily which let me build a prospect- and customer-facing survey to embed on our website and immediately spin up a Google Looker Studio report/dashboard from the responses.
Cons
While using the tool, I had to tweak the form layouts and question wording a bit to make a fairly complex survey behave the way I needed but that felt like a normal learning curve for something new.

What really sold us on it are the options and settings that let us tailor a form exactly to our needs, we haven't found another service that offers this level of reliable customization. It does have a learning curve but the tutorials, the collective knowledge on the forums and the responsiveness of customer support make the process a lot easier. The available documentation and sample forms are also really thorough and helpful.
Cons
I've run into a few minor bugs but nothing major. When problems arise, customer service moves very quickly and resolves them in a timely manner.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple and flexible it is to build forms. It also offers great integrations and widgets with lots of customization options. I'm a big fan that I can put together easy apps to gather form data too.
Cons
The main problems I've experienced are that I wish I could arrange fields in more than two columns and I'd like to use form submission data more effectively for summary or calculated field displays and reports.

“Reliable high-volume surveys
Pros
Fast and easy. It never crashes and is packed with features. It's operational in no time. Ideal for surveys, forms and collecting details from prospective customers, patients, etc. I particularly appreciate that survey responses can be immediately pushed into my database on my server through a webhook so information goes straight into the appropriate records on my SQL server. The documentation is well done with YouTube tutorials showing how to accomplish tasks. Email customer support is prompt and precise. We get at least 300 survey responses weekly and there's no cap on how many entries can be stored on a paid account.
Cons
No downside here. No complaints. I can't find what to complain about.

My team has relied on its for quite a while and it has genuinely transformed how we share information across our organization. It's incredibly simple, not just for our staff but for our clients too. One feature I particularly value is how simple it is to create anonymous surveys and feedback forms. We depend on those for both measuring client satisfaction and tracking employee retention. Getting around its is really simple! When I first started using it at my agency there was no formal training provided, yet I picked it up quickly. Honestly, I can't imagine how we'd manage without its in our workflow, it has become an essential tool for us.
Cons
There is definitely room to make improvements. Although its is easy to use, I would appreciate refreshed visuals for some form-building elements to modernize their appearance.

this platform is used to create various client forms for 15 years. They've ranged from basic contact forms and event sign-ups to, more recently, fundraising raffle pages for nonprofits. The tool has stayed easy to work with and whenever features were introduced the learning curve felt minimal. On the rare occasions I needed a specific solution, the community forum provided quick, very helpful responses
Cons
As a graphic designer by trade, I know not being able to access CSS to properly design the piece is a limitation. My only remark is the small ability to modify visuals. It's not a complaint, I just accept the way the system works.

this tool is extremely adaptable and useful. In our County Government/Human Services department we've relied on it for years across a broad range of needs, everything from referral forms and requests/releases of information to conference sign-ups, employee time-off requests and assorted checklists and project completion records. It's become our primary tool for gathering survey responses, processing payments, compiling reports and collecting data and it regularly delivers beyond what we expect. We can also bring new team members up to speed quickly on building forms and there's a large support community plus a responsive customer service team when we need help.
Cons
Every so often I run into a feature I wish it offered but from my experience those requests usually get implemented eventually. At the moment there's nothing about the platform I would change or improve based on the way we currently use it.

“simple for higher-education forms

okay so this tool is incredibly simple and ready to use. It lets me put together every kind of form and survey without issue. Working in higher education, I was able, thanks to the available features, to design forms from scratch that helped my team map out all of the semester's activities while simultaneously collecting a variety of feedback from our different stakeholders. Having all of the data I need congreatated in a single place is really convenient for me and has aligned how we organize and respond to input.
Cons
For me, the only drawback is the cost, it feels a bit pricey at times but I still believe the features and convenience justify the investment.

I'm impressed by how easy and fast it is for me to set up new forms. I also appreciate that they offer such a wide variety of different fields and widgets that I can drop into the forms, plus multiple ways to hook them up to other tools. Their support team has also been fairly helpful to work with.
Cons
Occasionally their changes to how things behave inside a form cause me headaches when I'm setting up new forms but I can usually work through those issues with their assistance fairly quickly.
