“Friendly UX & styling
Pros
What I love most about it is how easy it makes adding all kinds of fields to a form. I've tried several other form builders and in my experience it provides the friendliest UX plus direct CSS access.
Cons
I'd really like to have greater control over it's branding options so our forms can blend easily with our company's visual identity and not openly show that we're using an external third-party tool or service.

“Cost-effective rapid deployment
Pros
I reach for this whenever clients need a fast, no-frills solution that can be up and running immediately. It's my go-to when clients aren't willing to pour a lot of money into a bespoke system. It's also ideal when our development team would rather avoid the heavy lifting of building similar functionality from scratch, things like wiring up APIs, configuring an SMTP server and so on.
Cons
I found that sharing forms across teams or between team members requires an enterprise subscription.

“Simple templates with translations
Pros
What I like about it is how easy it is to build a template form exactly the way I'd like it to look. I really appreciate how simple the process is and on top of that I enjoy being able to offer a translation option so customers or potential employees can complete forms online in their preferred language.
Cons
My main problem is that with starter accounts I'm limited in how many forms I can create and how much storage space I get which feels restrictive if I'm trying to scale or collect more responses.

“Polished interface & submissions
Pros
Interface is extremely simple and the way it presents form submissions is easy to understand. We've been relying on it for some time and while we could, in theory, rebuild all of these forms directly on our own website using a different form builder, I'm pretty sure the result wouldn't be nearly as polished or convenient.
Cons
The way conditional logic is handled feels a bit awkward. I'm more familiar with Gravity Forms, where you set conditional rules directly on each field and that approach makes more simple sense to me compared with this implementation.

“Powerful logic for workflows
Pros
this tool is to be among the simplest form builders to work with and we depend on it for our daily workflow. Because of it, I'm able to build forms that use complex logic and other capabilities to keep the end-user experience easy and sensible. There are numerous ways to integrate and implement the forms into systems. The support team and help forms have always been very useful and my questions get answered promptly and courteously.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. There might be a few extra features I'd like to see added but nothing I would call a real dislike.

“Scalable business forms
Pros
I'm impressed with how it helped me grow my business by aligning product selection. It offers customizable features that make it easy to scale operations and reinforce our branding.
Cons
I'd like additional options for bulk uploading products, because right now there aren't enough ways to add many items at once.

“Affordable tool and easy sharing
Pros
I find it user-friendly, cost-effective, easy to use and I love how easily I can share the results with others.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that the free plan restricts how many surveys I can have and when I get results by email I can't see any uploaded photos, I have to sign in to the web portal to view them.

“Customizable email forms
Pros
Using it, I find it's really easy to put together forms that reliably send emails and I love how customizable they are.
Cons
not a con but I do think some of the customization isn't as user-friendly as it could be. Having to dive into CSS makes it tough for a non-developer to nail the design.

“Effortless business management
Pros
It makes managing my photo booth business feel effortless right from my fingertips and I can oversee multiple booths while easily capturing and organizing customer details without any issue or confusion.
Cons
I wish I could sort the form entries by a custom field such as 'event date,' because right now there's no way to order the data that way.

“Highly customizable site forms
Pros
I've been blown away by how many customization options there are for my site, including the automatic invoice settings, I can tweak almost every element to match my needs and create the exact look and feel I want to achieve.
Cons
My only real problem is that I can't adjust the size of the image boxes, I would love an option to set precise dimensions or freely scale those image containers.

“All-in-one business hub
Pros
What I really like is that it lets me do far more than just create questionnaires, with built-in integrations, flexible tables and connection options, it acts as a single hub for almost anything my business might require.
Cons
Occasionally I find the platform isn't very user-friendly, so it can be a little awkward to navigate at times which makes accomplishing tasks slower than I'd like.

“Decade-long platform reliability
Pros
We've relied on it for close to ten years across our websites. It's incredibly flexible for matching our site layouts and offers excellent tools for tracking data.
Cons
I find the price to be somewhat higher than several other options on the market.

“Conditional logic for precision
Pros
There are so many things I appreciate about it, it's simple to use, provides a wide range of filtering options and that adaptability has been really useful for recruitment-style projects. For one project I was running that focused on a specific city, my objective was to recruit only people who actually lived in that area. I kept receiving sign-ups from individuals outside the target region who were registering because of the incentive rather than eligibility. What made a difference was it's ability to show where people are registering from and I was able to implement conditional logic so the submit button only appears when the correct city or state is selected. Those kinds of capabilities are exactly why I consider it a strong choice. It genuinely feels like they put careful thought into the whole user experience and how someone would work with the tool.
Cons
I'd like a greater selection of design templates, colors and widgets. Often the additional components either don't function correctly or fail to display as intended and that can be pretty frustrating when I'm trying to finalize a form.

“simple drag-and-drop editing
Pros
it is incredibly flexible and I use it regularly, often whipping up a new survey or response form in just a few minutes. I really appreciate how simple the editing interface is. The community responds quickly whenever I ask questions or need guidance on things I've never done before. The drag-and-drop editor makes it simple to add fields and fine-tune the formatting.
Cons
That said, I haven't run into any major, obvious problems using it but I do wish it had stronger data-crunching features so I could do more analysis directly after the forms have collected responses from people.

“Full-featured forms made easy
Pros
With it, I find creating fully featured forms unbelievably easy. Having built forms by hand with HTML and JavaScript, I know how fiddly even simple tasks can be when you code them yourself. In contrast, it makes things like validation, conditional fields, layout and formatting, visual design, email notifications and submission management effortless, and that's just scratching the surface of the hundreds of capabilities it offers. It's really simple to embed forms into our existing websites and styles, or to use them as standalone pages. Their customer support has also been great: fairly quick responses and they've always helped us resolve any issues.
Cons
My only real problem is that the more powerful form features aren't available for free and I'd really like more budget-friendly plans. That said, I fully appreciate how much work goes into building and maintaining a system like this, so the pricing makes sense. There is still a limited free tier which helps and honestly I struggle to think of anything else negative to say about it.

“essential tool for non-profits
Pros
For my non-profits, it has genuinely become an indispensable tool that, at this point, we simply could not function without. Between the budget-friendly pricing and the strong, secure ways it connects with a wide variety of apps, modules and payment gateways, I've found that it covers an impressive range of tasks almost flawlessly. The interface and form builder are so simple that creating and customizing forms is extremely easy, with a very small learning curve, whether I'm setting up payment collection for conference registrations, running votes on motions or elections, handling board and award nominations, or managing countless other operational needs. We use it constantly at nearly every level of our work.
Cons
I honestly haven't found anything about it that bothers me, there's nothing I can point to that I dislike.

“Quick multi-form creation
Pros
As a paid it subscriber, I really appreciate how simple it is to create multiple forms. The templates are simple and easy to customize and the option to toggle various settings speeds up the whole form-building workflow for our different use cases, including easily embedding forms on our website for visitors.
Cons
Sometimes when I open a form that has many fields, the fields don't show up in the expected order. For example, instead of the "name" field appearing at the top, a different field gets highlighted first. I keep meaning to email it's support to find out how to fix this.
