“Paper forms to digital conversion
Pros
What I value most about it is that it lets us convert all our paper-based forms into digital ones. Because of that shift, forms get completed and submitted much more promptly than before. Our team also makes the most of custom it Apps to store critical forms and documents, so specific teams can quickly and easily pull up what they need at any time from anywhere without issue.
Cons
Support from it does an excellent job helping me troubleshoot issues with our forms. If a requested change isn't feasible, they typically respond that they'll pass it along to the development team. I appreciate that but what would really help is a public area where I could submit and upvote development ideas, review suggestions other customers have made and gain visibility into which requests are being prioritized and might be implemented down the road, so I can track progress publicly.

“Powerful integrations and support
Pros
Setting up it was really simple for me. I found a wide range of options to design custom forms exactly how I wanted them and beyond that the sheer number of integrations available turns it into a genuinely powerful tool. The technical support team has been extremely helpful, they walked me through fixes even while I was still using the free plan. At my company we used the free account for some time to make sure the system fit our needs and that ability to test before committing was a big plus. These days it's a daily tool for us, we save many hours of work, cut down on mistakes and maintain a history of submissions that helps me and my team make smarter decisions.
Cons
I've noticed it enforces a limit on the number of conditional logic levels you can set which can feel restrictive when building more complex workflows.

“Wide range of form options
Pros
One of the things I find most useful about it is that it offers a wide variety of choices when building forms, so I can tailor them to different needs. Many other platforms limit the number of free forms and as a small business owner that restriction would be a real problem, so having multiple free forms is a game changer for me. I also appreciate being able to reuse an existing form or duplicate it when I only need to tweak one or two fields which saves me time. The ability to collect payments directly through the form is excellent because I don't have to wait for a third party to process transactions, I get an automatic notification when funds arrive. I've already recommended it to other small business owners and I will continue using it.
Cons
Hmm, honestly, I can't really point to any downsides at the moment. I'm genuinely enjoying it a great deal and I fully intend to keep using it for the foreseeable future because it fits my needs so well.

“Flexible, multi-purpose tool
Pros
For over 10 years I've relied on JobForm and it's proven incredibly flexible for the wide variety of forms I regularly need to build. I really appreciate that it lets me process payments, generate spreadsheets, grant access to teammates, capture legally binding e-signatures and even put together basic apps. After trying several other form builders, I always end up returning to it!!
Cons
Honestly, I haven't really found any drawbacks while using it.

“Handles payments & self-serve tasks
Pros
We find its so incredibly flexible and they even handle payment processing for us! After bringing it into our workflows, we were able quickly and easily to congreatate numerous processes into self-serve tasks for customers. I rely on this tool frequently across a variety of projects.
Cons
My uploads are only in an online repository. I'd appreciate them being automatically sent to OneDrive or Google Drive for quick, easy access when I really need them.

Over time, I've discovered that it is incredibly helpful across many parts of my business and in how I support clients. I rely on the PDF tool to create client contracts and use the form builder for our weekly check-ins. We've also leveraged it to assemble our case studies. Overall it's saved us a ton of time and been a major win and my clients find it easy to use.
Cons
For me, managing and tweaking it-generated PDFs can be fairly tricky and fiddly at times and I often have to spend extra effort to get the layout and elements positioned the way I want.

I find it incredibly easy to navigate and there are so many templates to pick from that it significantly reduces how long I spend creating a form, leaving me with more time to actually use it.
Cons
However, I wish it offered direct connections to more CMS systems, for instance, it doesn't have native integrations with platforms like Drupal which can be limiting for some workflows.

While I was hunting for a way to solve a data collection issue, I came across it and have discovered that it helps in many different ways, it has improved a number of workflows and made several tasks faster and more aligned, increasing overall efficiency for me.
Cons
I often have to wait several hours for support to respond and sometimes I don't receive an answer until the following day, when I then ask a follow-up question I end up waiting all over again which can slow me down.

Pros
Really easy and quick to work with, I've been able to whip up new forms in no time and I often clone existing forms to produce extra copies when I need several similar versions.
Cons
I find it largely simple and usually manage to do everything I need without much trouble but occasionally I run into something I'm unsure about and the support options frustrate me. There's no live phone support or a direct human chat available and I don't like relying solely on the limited support channels they provide when I need immediate help.

Pros
Building forms is so easy and I love that I can collect signatures and have my clients upload their PDF documents directly through the form.
Cons
Personally, I find that getting to the form fields and locating the link to send to clients so they can fill out the form requires too many steps and feels tough.

Using it is really easy and I still get access to sophisticated components that let me build polished, elegant forms.
Cons
I wish the basic it account allowed me to grant more user access, similar to what's available at the enterprise tier. That enterprise plan is excellent but I can't afford paying for all those features when my team only needs access for a small number of staff.
