On my end the app glitches frequently, especially on my Android phone which is really frustrating. I'm often unsure which plugins to use or where to find them and even though it prompts that I'm signed out, that's usually not true, so I have to quit and reopen the form multiple times.

When I revamped my pet-focused website, I needed a form that would integrate with Shopify and remain easy for customers to use. This app nails that requirement. It was simple to add to the site, quick to customize and my clients are really happy with it! Overall, the experience from a customer's perspective has been extremely positive. In just a couple of easy steps, people can reserve a spot for their cat's boarding and I have an efficient way to gather their intake forms, plus a record I can reference if I ever need to pull up past submissions. I haven't explored every capability yet but I'm looking forward to seeing how much it can simplify my workflow!

I've been using this tool for three years and it's become my go-to for handling form processing. Honestly, it simplifies things far more than wrestling with PHP or raw HTML. The interface is easy and their YouTube channel has helpful tutorials that get updated regularly. I also appreciate being able to hook it up to payment gateways like PayPal and Cash App. Customizing forms is simple, especially if you tinker with CSS, and embedding them or linking directly to a website is quick and easy.

Cons

One downside I run into is that the forms can't be protected with a password or made to require users to log in which limits how I can control access.

Using this app, I've found it's really easy to operate and I appreciate being able to tailor forms to my needs. Embedded forms perform reliably and I rarely run into system hiccups. Setting up and using fill-in forms is much faster than almost any other approach I've tried.

Regarding data handling, I'd really like built-in tables with API queries, currently, I have to POST data to an external database which feels like an extra step.
