“feasible tool with helpful support
Pros
Using this is incredibly simple and when I get stuck figuring something out, the customer support has been fantastic, they never make me feel foolish and always walk me through things patiently. I've managed to create my own forms, tables and apps for my projects and workflows.
Cons
When managing spreadsheets, I wish there were a simple way to import them into tables, having a clear import button would save me time.

“Easy hallpass tracking
Pros
Tracking hallpasses has become incredibly simple for me in my classroom lately. When students enter just their first name and note that they're taking a hallpass, the system sends me an email with a timestamp automatically.
Cons
For my situation, the price feels high since I don't need advanced data features.

“Quick sports club forms
Pros
Using this tool gave me a really easy-to-use, highly customizable interface that made running the voting process for my sports club significantly quicker and simpler. So impressed was I that several other teams have come to me asking if I can get the same kind of system set up for them!
Cons
Regarding extra features, I've found that some require additional payment for no clear reason.

“Poor encryption support
Pros
The interface feels clean to me, if that counts.
Cons
For my planned usage, asking for a password field caused unnecessary issues, so I switched to Cognito Forms and advised my clients to do the same.

“Flexible calculations setup
Pros
Creating my own patterns feels easy for me. Setting up calculations is easy. The free version includes many useful features and I'd be willing to pay for more if they fit my project. I plan to keep using this form app.
Cons
With certain features, I notice they don't always work well or require payment to access.

“Centralized submissions
Pros
Seeing all submissions in one place makes things very simple for me. Generating and exporting reports happens quickly when a client asks for one. I really value the flexible form customization, along with the huge range of widgets and integrations available.
Cons
While setting up the approval module, I found it somewhat tricky to figure out.

“Customizable branded forms
Pros
Our team was able to build many custom formulas and layouts to meet company needs. Tools like templates and widgets made that possible. Customizing fields, colors, logos and system messages helped the platform feel like ours. For form building, this is the best tool I've come across.
Cons
When moving to a paid plan, I realized it's almost necessary because the free tier is limited. Upgrading gave me access to all the features I needed to succeed.

“Easy free-tier usage
Pros
Using this platform feels easy to me. Creating, sharing and organizing forms is easy. Even on the free tier, I've used a wide range of helpful tools. Customer support has also impressed me with quick replies and practical fixes.
Cons
I do wish their free-plan banner logo didn't stay visible while scrolling. It sits there on every page and I've seen people click it by mistake which interrupts the flow and makes navigation feel less smooth than it should.

“Expensive enterprise pricing
Pros
Tech support has been fast and helpful in my experience. Creative fixes and great workarounds are common. Connecting it with Zapier lets me build no-code workflows. I would gladly pay more but the pricing feels too limited and expensive.
Cons
The difference between this app's Gold annual fee of $1200 and their Base Enterprise rate of $7000 per year feels excessively wide. They ought to offer a la carte choices so I can buy extra storage, a custom subdomain, an additional user seat, etc. Most of the Enterprise-only capabilities are irrelevant and useless for my needs. I'd be happy to give Jot some money, just not $7K, to unlock additional features that I need and will use. A la carte upgrade options are extremely common across SaaS and industry and the absence of that flexibility has me seriously looking at other platforms. The inability to set a custom domain (this tool.yourURL.com) is particularly frustrating because many other services I use make that affordable. Most comparable platforms include it free or for a modest fee. Not this tool. I'd gladly pay for a custom domain but asking for thousands of dollars is unreasonable and

“Wide integration options
Pros
A huge range of options stands out to me. Tailoring forms and integrating them into any website feels simple.
Cons
In the free version at least, I don't have a way to validate email addresses which means anyone can submit a form with a bogus email and it still goes through.

“PDF ready for digital use
Pros
Downloading a form as a PDF and importing it works well for me. The form becomes ready for digital use with almost no setup.
Cons
For me as a freelancer, I feel the price is fairly high and it's hard for me to justify the cost on my own.

“Frustrating free tier limitations
Pros
The templates felt easy to use for me. A wide selection made it easy to find the right design and layout.
Cons
After I sent my petition out, I found a bunch of annoying restrictions in the free tier that I hadn't noticed before. That discovery made me feel pushed into forking out $35 to cover a single-use petition intended to collect 30 signatures. I'm really fed up because I'm currently having to transfer my petition to a different service and will need to circulate it all over again which is confusing and risks weakening my campaign's momentum. The thing that annoys me most is the cap of just 10 signatures per month, after which the platform deactivates the document. To me, offering a "free" plan that won't actually work in a practical way seems completely pointless and unfair.

“Poor customer support and interface
Pros
Nothing useful stood out to me with this tool. No real benefits came through. The product failed to meet its main promise, leaving me disappointed.
Cons
Customer support was a major letdown: I got curt, blunt replies that often missed the point of my question and failed to propose thorough or creative fixes the way other vendors' support teams do. The underlying technology felt unstable, to the point where it couldn't even reliably handle simple tasks like uploading PDFs. Building forms was a frustrating experience because the interface is outdated and clunky, the implementation is awkward and the features aren't surfaced in an simple way, as a result, my end users consistently preferred the forms I made with Fillout.com which looked far more polished. While the platform might boast a broad feature set, I didn't find anything it did better than competitors. It integrates with our other tools, including Airtable but that connection isn't as deep or thoughtful as what I've seen elsewhere, by contrast, Fillout.com's Airtable integration felt much more user-focused and well designed.

“Simple and attractive forms
Pros
Using the tool feels incredibly simple to me. The forms look attractive and the conditional formatting is especially impressive. It works far better than Google Forms for my needs.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much about it that I dislike, I haven't really come across many negatives so far.

“No mid-tier access...
Pros
Overall use feels easy to me. The clean interface, smooth integrations and frequent reliance on the tool stand out.
Cons
I can't give my team access to the same account and I have no desire to pay $300+ for an enterprise plan when there's nothing in between, as a result, I'm actively looking for other options.

“Flexible and easy platform

Ease of use and flexibility really impressed me. Handling company processes like forms, surveys and workflows feels simple.
