For specific RSVP needs, this tool works well for me. I like having many field options to choose from.
Cons
Having the ability to manually resize and line up photos would make my life easier, at the moment it's awkward to adjust images. I also noticed that several fields (like page break) lack any explanations which is confusing. Setting up conditional logic feels tricky, particularly when I'm editing the submission page, the font keeps swapping or glitching which breaks the layout.

After switching from another form provider, I stopped missing messages from Yahoo users. Losing leads was a problem before but it disappeared once I started using this tool. Editing and setup feel simple to me and I personally recommend it.

Pros
Putting together basic forms feels easy for me and advanced forms are just as manageable. I let customers upload files, make payments and submit forms through WhatsApp or Messenger. I control form access, timing and availability. I reuse responses in follow-up forms with prefilled fields. Embedding forms on my site is simple and I customize links for each user. Customers can save progress, book appointments and pick dates based on my availability. Conditional logic, custom thank-you pages and PDF templates all work smoothly for me. Branding the form with colors, logos and text is also easy.
Cons
For me, everything about this tool works brilliantly for building professional forms quickly but I do wish the customisation options were a bit stronger, I would love more freedom to add custom CSS directly inside the editor so I can fine-tune styles. I also think it would be helpful to be able to include links to other websites or other forms from within the form itself and I'd like clearer control to change the colour style of individual fields or groups of fields rather than only being able to adjust broad colour settings.

Clean emails with all collected data really help me. Building attractive, feature-rich forms feels simple. Our team integrates them into customer communication at every stage. We rely on this daily and support has always been responsive when I needed help.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about, I'm very happy with it. One thing I'd like to see down the road is the ability to embed forms directly into an Outlook email, though I recognize that could be tricky because not every email server supports that functionality.

The platform feels simple to me and fills gaps our CRM has. Features like conditional logic and registration limits work well. Setting up autoresponders and notifications is quick. Embedding forms on our Weebly site is easy. The forms look modern and polished, not clunky or outdated.
Cons
Two minor issues I notice are the email reporting and the somewhat flaky integration with Square for processing payments. For email reporting, I can't tell whether an autoresponder was actually sent to a registrant or access any related details. It appears that the company's support staff can view this but it's not realistic for me to call them every time I need that information. As for Square: when someone's card is nearing expiration for a recurring membership or donation, the system alerts me, yet the notification lacks any identifying details about the member/registrant, so I can't tell whose card is expiring. We've reached out to the company multiple times about this and been told that because it's a Square integration they can't share those details. Square gives the same response about this product, so we basically have no remedy. Occasionally the payment integration with Square misbehaves when connecting the payment part of a form, though that doesn't happen most of the time which is really frustrating overall.

platform is extremely user-friendly and, for most tasks, pretty simple. When I need help with rarer features, a quick Google search usually points me in the right direction. I really appreciate how deeply the forms can be tailored. In our case, we rely on this product for a range of tasks, everything from registrations and applications to gathering hiring paperwork.
Cons
It's a great tool, yet it's frustrating that shared access with coworkers is only available if you pay for the highest monthly plan. As a small non-profit, we don't need the extra features packed into that tier, nor can we realistically afford to upgrade to the most expensive option.
