“Simple contact and payment forms
Pros
As a simple contact form it's fantastic to use and it's also incredibly easy when I set it up as a payment form that links directly to my payment processor. I really appreciate that the developers keep adding new features and that the product keeps evolving.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything negative to report about this tool, over the past ten years I've tried a number of different form builders and none have given me cause for complaint.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that it's HIPAA-compliant and lets me download all the forms I need.
Cons
As a small business owner, I'm finding the cost for the HIPAA-compliant form to be way too high.

“Varied forms and app extensions
Pros
I've found its ability to build so many different forms with varied functionality, plus the wide range of apps you can add to extend its capabilities, really impressive.
Cons
The minimum number of file uploads feels restrictive and while the paid plans lift that restriction, I would have preferred a slightly smaller paid tier with a modestly reduced price and allowance because I think that would encourage more people, myself included, to subscribe.

“Quick custom checklists
Pros
Creating custom checklists for my staff's routine duties and requests is incredibly easy and quick to set up.
Cons
I've found the biggest annoyance is that after a form has been active for a while, at some point it stopped sending all of the fields in the email notifications, even though I can still view the complete entries on the website. I'll have to reset this form and dig into troubleshooting the problem further.

“Easy daily use with tutorials
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use and I actually use it every single day. The tutorials are fantastic and the customer support is great as well. Plus it offers a whole bunch of useful features to explore.
Cons

“simple and powerful workflow tool
Pros
What I appreciate most about this tool is how easy it is to operate. Building forms and fields, automating emails, setting up approval workflows, tapping into the open API, it all feels really simple. Since I come from a web development background, I tend to push platforms like this pretty hard and up to now I haven't been let down by what this tool can do. For the few times I couldn't figure something out, customer support has been incredibly helpful and responsive. On top of that, the Zapier integration has been a massive win for my workflows.
Cons
I find the email templates themselves pretty powerful but the UX around editing and managing them is lacking and feels clunky. I can't set a site-wide default template to keep a uniform branded look across my pages unless I'm willing to have every single email carry the tool's branding which is frustrating.

This tool gives me an incredibly powerful set of features. Every task I've needed to handle has been possible here, unlike other form software I've tried. The widget library expands what I can do in very practical ways. For my projects, these strengths clearly outweigh any drawbacks.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated now and although almost anything can be done with custom CSS, the basic design tools are awkward and clunky. Older style templates are tricky to edit and often produce unpredictable results. Fortunately their support is excellent, the archive is indexed by Google so finding answers is easy, and when I've reached out they've always been quick and helpful.

The templates work well for me as a starting point. They help organize my thoughts and show different ways I can structure ideas.
Cons
However, the authentication system falls short of what was promised: I can only sign in with a single login per account and there's no support for nested or sub-users. It should be much easier and more foolproof to set up multiple user levels so authentication actually works for teams and varied access needs.

So much stands out to me about this platform. It feels simple, offers plenty of templates and widgets and lets me choose from many data destinations.
