Pros
Installation and operation feel easy to me. Most features use drag-and-drop and widget settings allow deeper adjustments when needed. We rely on it to collect tailored customer data and it saves us a huge amount of time.
Cons
I don't like that when attachments are uploaded, the only way I can access them from email replies is by signing into the tool online, it would be nicer if I could open them directly from the emails.

Cons
The trial period is simply too brief for me to fully explore every section of services and I couldn't properly evaluate all the features in that short window. I would really like to see a free plan with a limited feature set, plus helpful, clear tutorials or walkthroughs that explain each section, that combination would make it much easier for me to understand the product and decide if it fits my needs.

Creating tailored forms for my business or clients feels easy for me and plugging them into workflows is easy. After moving away from Typeform due to formatting limits, the change felt refreshing. Replicating, branding and organizing forms takes very little effort. Clients and colleagues often praise the user experience and ease of embedding forms. I use these forms daily and keep finding new ways to apply them.
Cons
A feature I liked in the tool I used before was the option to include image choices for multiple-choice questions. That came in handy when I wanted respondents to pick based on visuals rather than text, especially for selections that are easier to show than describe. I would really appreciate seeing that capability added here, since it would make certain decision-based questions far more effective and user-friendly.

This tool has been ideal for turning old paper workflows into digital ones for me. Collecting signatures from attendees or parents now only requires sending a link. Existing PDFs keep their fillable fields which is a huge benefit. The final documents look just like paper versions, without the issue. For two years, it has fit smoothly into my workflow and setup felt simple. Even the free tier delivers impressive quality in my experience.
Cons
There really aren't many drawbacks that I've noticed. Because my usage is relatively light, I can't justify moving up to a paid plan and I'd love an intermediate option between the free level and the first paid tier. Paying $35 per month is a bit much for me when I only need slightly more than what the free plan allows, so a mid-range pricing tier would make this tool perfect for my needs.

At my organization, this tool supports a wide range of tasks and duplicating forms or starting from templates saves me time. Scheduling form expiration dates, exporting to Excel and downloading PDF bundles are features I use often. Adding logos to forms and confirmation pages is also valuable. Because it's used so frequently, managing and tracking data feels much more efficient for me.
Cons
There has really only been one aspect I've had difficulty with and it isn't due to the tool itself but rather on the user's side. I need to be careful when I clone particular forms and take the time to double-check the cloned settings. For instance, if I clone a nomination form, I have to confirm that the confirmation email goes to the person submitting the nomination rather than the nominee, because otherwise the notification could be sent to the wrong recipient. Aside from me needing to slow down and become more familiar with the advanced options, I haven't run into anything else I dislike.

Three things really stand out to me: ease of use, steady improvement and smooth integrations. Creating forms, surveys, tables, or apps feels quick and easy. The team continues adding relevant features, including alerts and certifications I now use. Google Sheets and third-party integrations help me build and manage complete systems. I rely on it daily as a core part of my business.
Cons
Nothing about this product really bothers me but I do wish the dashboard offered visual categories so I could jump straight to groups of forms with a single click. Right now navigation is a bit slow for me because I have hundreds of forms and a visual, clickable categorization would speed things up considerably.

Cons
One drawback is that I really wish there were a phone number to call for some technical support issues. The email system does work fine and responses usually come back fairly quickly but I would prefer an option to discuss complicated problems live. The chat used to be reliable before Covid and it was always available. Lately that chat has been less dependable, so having phone access would make handling complex questions much easier for me personally.

Pros
The tool feels very user-friendly to me and makes collecting information or signatures easy. Google Drive integration ensures submissions are stored where colleagues can access them. Editable tables are generated automatically from collected data. We rely on it for hiring, admissions and enrollment and all three workflows feel much easier now.
Cons
A downside is that the confirmation messages can be a little confusing, I'd prefer every submitter to automatically receive a copy of their completed form for their records. I know there's a way to set that up but I haven't had the time to dive into the settings and figure it out yet.
