“convenient information gathering
Pros
Gathering information now feels convenient for our team and it saves a huge amount of time. Instead of long email chains, I send one link and get everything completed. This has improved both efficiency and customer experience. We use it several times a day and the integrations align perfectly with our other tools. It feels well worth the investment.
Cons
I understand and appreciate the security measures but the number of codes we receive daily is quite large. Honestly, I haven't found a way to disable it which is my only real problem with the tool.

Pros
For our team, this tool has truly been a lifesaver. Using it feels simple and simple. During a payment processor switch, it provided a secure way to move customer details without disruption. Support has been excellent and customers never seem confused. Integration with existing systems was smooth and now we rely on it weekly without hesitation.

“Fills complex form needs
Pros
From my experience, this product fills the gap left by tools like Typeform. Building complex, logic-driven forms feels simple here. It delivered exactly what our team needed and performed reliably throughout.
Cons
We had to translate our forms into several languages and at first everything seemed fine. Later, I noticed the translations stopped working, so I contacted support. They suggested copying the translation, deleting the original and pasting it back in. That workaround fixed the issue but applying it across all our forms was toughly slow and very frustrating.

“Simplifies registration and management
Pros
As a self-employed musician and programme planner, my days are basically nonstop advertising, recruiting and managing registrations. With this tool I no longer have to chase people down for details they forgot to provide which is a huge relief. It's really clear and easy to locate information and the forms look good and present well to the public, so they leave a professional impression.
Cons
There are some annoyances I've run into: the design styles feel limited, text formatting sometimes behaves oddly and tracking down all form titles can be tricky. I'd appreciate more options for styling titles and subtitles and I still see people forgetting to press the SUBMIT button.

“Clean, easy-to-use interface
Pros
We find the interface clean and easy to use, it's easy to navigate. Our team has relied on Forms for several years now and I've noticed it keeps improving over time.
Cons
More customization options and additional widgets would be helful for me. It would be great if form data could integrate directly with Microsoft Office apps. Google Sheets works well but my company mostly uses SharePoint, Excel, Word and Outlook, so native support would be really helpful.

“easy setup with flexible forms
Pros
Setting up this tool was surprisingly easy and our experience shows the learning curve is very gentle. Several members of our team were able to jump in and create fully functioning forms on their very first try without needing any help which saved us time. Beyond being user-friendly, I've been impressed by how flexible and customizable the platform is. It includes every form field type we could want, radio buttons, file upload fields, hidden fields and more, so we haven't felt constrained when designing forms for different needs. We can also configure automatic redirects or display confirmation messages after a submission and have those entries emailed internally to anyone on our team who needs to see them. One thing we especially like is that each form comes with its own standalone URL, so while embedding on a page is an option, we can simply send users straight to a form without building out a webpage first. Since we rely on Constant Contact for email marketing, I appreciate the built-in Constant Contact integration that lets us add new submissions directly to the matching email list. Finally, as a nonprofit working with a limited budget, we truly value that this tool offers a 50% discount on paid plans for nonprofit organizations.
Cons
I think the built-in integrations could be smoother. For example, with Constant Contact, selecting the right email list is frustrating since there's no search or alphabetical order. Duplicating a form doesn't copy integration settings which adds extra work. Salesforce integration wasn't reliable, so I ended up using a third-party connector to sync which added another step.

“Time-saving form duplication
Pros
Because the forms I work with tend to stay fairly consistent, being able to duplicate a form and then only make minor adjustments saves me a lot of time and issue. I'm also a big fan of being able to edit the confirmation messages people receive and of having everyone's submissions available in a simple, easy-to-download Excel sheet.
Cons
If you're not comfortable with HTML or CSS, creating custom layouts can be limiting which has frustrated me. I'd appreciate design-friendly features similar to Canva because my text styles and fonts sometimes look unprofessional.

“simple forms for client intake
Pros
Putting together functional, simple forms with this tool is really easy and clients are able to complete and submit them from any device without any issues. I use it primarily for client intake and to handle legal fee agreements in my practice. There are a lot of useful add-ons available, for instance, the option to take payments directly through a form has been particularly helpful. Whenever someone submits a form the data gets emailed to me and it's also stored on the tool's website so I can review it later. Support has been responsive when I've needed help and there's a wealth of step-by-step information and best-practice guidance about building forms online. If you don't feel like starting from scratch, the selection of templates covers many common scenarios. In daily use at my law firm this tool is indispensable and I even walked a friend through setting up forms for his online school's registration, class selection and related workflow. Forms can be distributed via a link or embedded into a website and you can even build apps. Implementation was simple and I use it every day, I highly recommend this tool.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative right now, so I'll move on.

“Customizable widgets for business needs

Honestly, this tool was really easy for me to pick up and offers a huge array of widgets and customization options so I can fine-tune forms to suit my business needs. We've deployed it across a number of processes including internal automated appraisals, taking advantage of the approvals workflow, candidate assessments for job applicants using the timer and auto-submit features and also for basic application forms and surveys. Whenever someone asks whether it can handle a particular kind of form, I usually dive into the knowledge base and come back able to say yes!
Cons
One limitation I notice is that it lacks some advanced survey question types that services like SurveyMonkey offer. Flexible scale ratings and certain layouts are easy in SurveyMonkey but here I have to code them and even then some designs aren't possible.

Pros
I love being able to put together forms and send them out. They're really easy to build, use and tweak whenever necessary. I rely on the forms for all of my casual fill-ins and timesheets. It cuts down on paper and if someone forgets, they can still complete it a few days afterward.
Cons
Sometimes, I wish there were more flexibility with timesheets and calculations, though I've found a workaround for now.

Over the eight years I've relied on this, it's been consistently available with virtually no downtime. It integrates natively with lots of apps, plus Zapier and I depend on it every day for my routine operations. A lot of people in my company use it too and I've found it easy to teach colleagues how to use it.
Cons
I don't have a major complaint but I'd love a separate submission inbox that handles large volumes of data faster which would make bulk work much smoother.

There are a number of different ways to use this service to meet almost any requirement and I've noticed the ready-made templates are excellent and versatile. The platform is extremely user-friendly, even when using advanced options. Cons
Personally, I'd prefer if the link sent users back to my website instead of staying on the tool's domain, so the forms feel like part of my site.
