“Quick client polling made easy
Pros
I really appreciate this tool because I frequently need to poll my clients about different events or ideas. The interface is easy, it neatly organizes the responses and is simple to move around. My clients also appreciate how easy it is to click the link and send me their answers quickly and without fuss.
Cons
To be honest, I don't have any real complaints because, in my view, the team clearly thought through every step and made the whole process very easy and user-friendly.

Pros
At my nonprofit we've been relying on this tool since the start of Covid and honestly it's been a true lifesaver. We run a small domestic violence shelter and support program and our crisis line is staffed by four advocates. Whenever someone reaches out for the first time in a fiscal year to access our services, they have to complete what we call the "First Contact Form." When the pandemic forced us to move away from paper paperwork, switching to an online form was where this tool came in and really helped us. Even now, everyone still prefers to submit those initial forms through this platform. I'm really fond of it!
Cons

“Fillable PDFs simplify workflow
Pros
Creating fillable PDFs with this software is incredibly easy and I was able to set up a document that parents can sign electronically without any issue. It has significantly simplified my workload and I especially appreciate that forms can be completed on a mobile device whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any aspects of this program that bother me, I find it exceptionally easy to use and simple in daily tasks.

“Flexible integration with top support
Pros
What stands out to me is how flexible it is and how smoothly it connects with other tools like Slack and Google Sheets. The customer support has been absolutely top-notch too! When I first began using the app I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and by the amount of flexibility it gave me.
Cons
I can't really find any major drawbacks at the moment, though I would love to see two-factor authentication added. It feels like most apps include 2FA these days, so having it would make me feel more comfortable and aligned with current security expectations.

Pros
This app feels incredibly approachable. I use it across multiple projects each year and like how simple it is to tailor forms to each project. Allowing people outside my team to get submissions keeps important details from being missed.
Cons
My only two bad experiences with this tool are I couldn't integrate it with Asana and it kicks users out if more than one person is actively using it.

Pros
The interface feels simple for me and for anyone receiving links. It offers plenty of tools for customization and customer support has been consistently helpful.
Cons
That landing-page popup forces an extra click before I can sign in and it really irritates me. In addition, making people set up an account only after submitting the form has confused many of my less tech-savvy contacts who aren't comfortable with technology yet.

“Highly customizable forms
Pros
We can build a wide range of forms with lots of options and field types. Custom CSS can be added, so forms look exactly how I want them.
Cons
One thing I've run into is the inability to set button colors with a hex code. I also can't insert images into particular sections of a form and sadly there isn't support for adding custom HTML either which limits some of my design ideas.

The functionality is great, features are wide-ranging, usage is simple, integrations are great and I like that customer support is responsive.
Cons
For our small business, the main drawback I've run into is that the basic plans only include a single user, the only option to add more seats requires upgrading to an enterprise-level plan which we can't afford right now. I'd get more value if they let yearly subscribers pay a small monthly fee to add extra users, because that would be a practical and affordable option for smaller teams like ours.

What I like most about this tool is how simple it makes building forms and how smoothly those forms tie into Monday.com. I've found it really helpful for aligning our intake procedures and it genuinely lightens the load of managing things for my team.
Cons
