“So simple to operate & very helpful
Pros
The best part for me is how simple it is to operate. Also it lets me gather the information and feedback I need quickly. It is also been a big help with keeping my records in order.
Cons
I have no complaints. The app works perfectly for me. So it is tough to find any downsides when there simply are not any for my use. In short there is nothing I dislike about it.

Pros
The ability to customize questions to exactly what we need is something I really love. It is what I use for all my client intake forms and it has never given me a single problem. So I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Cons
To be honest I have not had a single problem with it, the form link has never failed to load or been inaccessible. Like I have been using the same link for ages without any issues.

Pros
It is my go-to because it is so easy for anyone to use and it does a great job collecting the data once someone has filled out a form.
Cons
Perhaps the price could be a point as other providers charge less than this one but personally, I find it affordable and well worth the cost.

Interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. Plus the setup is fast, it connects well with other tools and managing all the data it collects is a smooth experience.
Cons
There are limited options for advanced customization when we are setting up complex workflows and figuring out some of the deeper features can have a bit of a learning curve at times.

Pros
Well the integration between Jotform and MonkeyPod has been perfect for our enrollment and registration, making it very user-friendly for our community. We can also personalize the forms, handle documents without any trouble and the way it collects data is completely seamless.
Cons
It is a little expensive but the clear data collection makes it worth it. We initially thought it was fully included with MonkeyPod but discovered we need a more expensive subscription to get all the features we were looking for.

“Simple to build questions and forms
Pros
One of my favorite thing about it is how simple it is to build questions, forms and surveys to send out. There is no difficult learning process for creating them. You get access to more than 10,000 templates with all sorts of design choices from fonts and colors to layouts and even CSS editing. It also links up with other platforms such as Google Sheets, PayPal, Slack and Zoom. Since I work for a nonprofit, we are especially grateful for the free plan and affordable pricing which gives us a generous start with up to five forms and 100 submissions a month.
Cons
The copy and paste function is one of my least favorite things. You have to double-click into the form field and if you are pasting a long paragraph in sections, missing a part can make sentences end up in the wrong place. Also getting help with account problems takes a very long time. And sometimes you do not get a reply to a support ticket for a week. Another feature I think it's missing is a rating system like SurveyMonkeys, along with better tracking to see how many people open the form, what browser they use and a way to send the form through the app instead of just by email.

Pros
The app is both highly effective and very easy to use. Plus it comes with a bunch of features that really help me with keeping data organized.
Cons
My main issue was that the data gathering only connects directly to Microsoft Excel and not to Google Sheets. I think having access to all kinds of data collection apps would be a big improvement.

“So adaptable
Pros
Jotform is so adaptable and easy for anyone to use. It comes packed with a lot of really neat features. It also links up perfectly with common tools like Google Sheets, PayPal/Stripe, Dropbox, Zoom and CRMs. Even the automation features are great for sending form entries straight into other workflows.
Cons
While it connects with a lot of other services, some of those connections are limited or need tricky workarounds. So for more advanced automation, you often have to use Zapier which adds extra steps and cost.

Pros
The ability to customize forms is the feature I like the most about it, the platform is quite basic and offers excellent value for the price.
Cons
There was not a single thing I disliked about it. It is an amaizng product that helped our business run smoothly in so many ways and it is a great tool for keeping track of information.

“Easy custom form creation!
Pros
The best part for me is how easily you can create custom forms, whether it is for pre-orders, customer feedback or event registrations. The layout is also very user friendly and being able to monitor responses as they come in helps keep me completely organized. Also the connections with Google Sheets and the automatic email alerts also save me from a lot of manual tasks.
Cons
One of the biggest drawback for me is that it does not support local payment methods like GCash or PayMaya, which my customers here in the Philippines prefer. So I have had to add manual payment instructions as a workaround but having it built-in would be much smoother.

Pros
It is not just simple to use but it also gives you a huge amount of freedom to customize things. Overall it has made my data analysis much better and it's also very kind on the budget.
Cons
There is honestly nothing I did not like. It's just that not many people seem to know about it so I ended up having to show them how it works, thats all.

“love the free forms and customization
Pros
Getting to create a few forms for free is a feature I absolutely love about it and you can change every single part of them. Even with no prior computer skills, I just experimented a bit and was able to get the hang of it.
Cons
Building more complex forms was a lot harder. I needed a calculator where clients could enter their details to get a price and even though I eventually figured it out, it took me a long time even with the help guides.

“powerful forms without code
Pros
The best part about it was how easily I could set up complex, powerful forms without writing a single line of code. Plus all the available integrations made it so easy to automate our processes and scale up how we onboard new users for the Aurex app.
Cons
Only drawback I found is that some of the more advanced features are only available on the higher-priced plans, which can be restrictive for new startups that are watching their budget closely.

You really get the most for your money with Jotform. The support team is dependable and very detailed in their help. The platform is also simple to navigate and can be tailored to fit any users specific needs.
Cons
I have experienced some internet connectivity problems with it that made it run slowly. There were a few times where I had to refresh the page to get it working properly.

Everything about it is good, it provides excellent value, is simple to operate, allows for form personalization, works with a standard internet connection, gathers data effectively and is highly customizable.
Cons
The starter plan has a very small limit for upload space and monthly submissions. I also cannot figure out how to add a section where you have a list of items on the left and a column on the right to choose the quantity for each one.

Getting it set up for my membership and survey needs is a simple process, it has almost every feature required to collect the information I am looking for.
Cons

Pros
The sheer versatility of Jotform is what I love. We use it every single day to gather client data, sell services, onboard new clients and even run online calculators. Building and using forms is simple too and it connects with practically every other tool we rely on.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. The notifications can be a little tricky sometimes as we have missed emails for a few form submissions, though it happens very rarely.

Pros
My favorite thing about it is that it lets me link up with Mailchimp. Whenever a client submits their information that contact data is automatically added to our Mailchimp audience.
Cons
The only drawback I find with it is that its template library is somewhat limited. Plus it does not give you the option to import templates from outside the platform.

Cons
Up to now we have been really happy with what it can do and how quickly their support team helps us. It has given us the best value for our money and more, so we do not have any complaints.
