“Prefill process needs improvement
Pros
I find this tool provides an excellent and simple method to collect information from many different people quickly and reliably.
Cons
It's kind of a issue to navigate the forms. I end up having to go through every single editing step each time I want to create a prefill. I'd really appreciate being able to make a prefill that can only be submitted once for that recipient, while still allowing other prefills to be submitted. We send the same survey to over a hundred people, so creating individual forms for each person isn't practical. Since people can submit the same form multiple times, we're regularly getting five or more responses tied to one person which causes confusion and extra work for us.

“Manage multiple folders easily
Pros
Managing multiple folders is really easy and I can easily pull up the information once forms are filled out. For international trip sign-ups I rely on this to gather attendee details and then share those details with travel agents, hotels, tour operators and similar vendors which has been very useful.
Cons
It doesn't keep me signed in on my desktop, though that could be something I'm doing wrong. When I sync things over to Coda I have to place every item into a single folder for the data to integrate into a template that I can duplicate which is a bit limiting.

Pros
For anyone running a business, it has been an excellent all-in-one solution. It builds forms, collects signatures and prevents me from chasing missing details. I rely on it to schedule appointments and create consultation forms.
Cons
So far, I haven't found any problems with it since I began using the platform.

It's helpful for keeping everything in one place and I rely on it to gather responses from our team on presentations.
Cons
Every so often it's a pain to generate reports from it when I apply filters, for instance, when I narrow by date the filter doesn't always work and I end up having to manually open and check each submission myself.

Everything links smoothly across programs and exporting reports as a spreadsheet or PDF is very easy.
Cons
From my experience, getting up to speed can be somewhat rough, especially at the beginning and when tackling the more advanced features. Although there are tutorial videos that walk you through these steps, I still find some parts a little tricky and occasionally frustrating.

Pros
The more we rely on it the more advanced forms we create and it's been a huge time saver. We usually export form results into Google Sheets and process the data there when required. We use it for forms, tests, collecting signatures and many other practical use cases.
Cons
Nothing, we love it. Some of my team have switched from Google Forms and MSFT to it

What I appreciate most is the incredibly flexible editing, it lets me tweak things exactly how I want. There's room to add as many elements as necessary to meet our company's objectives. I built an attendance sheet using it to match my school's layout. The instructors I work with really like it and say it's simple to use.
Cons
At first they say a device is supported, then quietly drop compatibility without any warning. I was left in an absolutely terrible situation.
