“Simple document sending and signing
Pros
it is really simple to send forms and get documents signed by outside parties and I love that building new forms is easy.
Cons
the PDF editing for forms feels pretty limited in what it can do. When I try to format the input table to make it look nice, it's a real struggle and more often than not, fiddling with one column makes the others get squished so they can't be rearranged.

Pros
I appreciate how easy setting up the forms is. I rely on them for competition entries and they've made everything so much easier than other services, especially for complex numerical calculations and saved time.
Cons
When a form asks for lots of details, the submission export comes out in a format that's difficult for me to read and compare across entries.

We can quickly put together responsive forms with Jotform and embed them anywhere on our website or simply share them via a link, all without writing any code. We also value that payment integrations like Stripe and built-in signature collection let us gather client signatures and payments inside the same form which really helps align both onboarding and the overall sales process.
Cons
I've run into a couple of drawbacks with Jotform. The default form elements feel quite plain and basic in their appearance and interaction and beyond that, I find the options for personalizing layouts and styles are fairly limited which can be frustrating when I need a more tailored or branded look.
