“Daily-use integration for quotes
Pros
We connect it to our online quote system and that setup aligns how we share information with customers, so our shop relies on it daily.
Cons
Haven't come across any problems so far and I'd really like to roll it out to additional departments and functions across our company.

“User-friendly with many payment options
Pros
the platform feels very simple and I like having access to so many question types, widgets and payment gateways.
Cons
I'd change only one thing, I'd like to see more third-party integrations added, such as Pushpay support.

“Easy forms and templates
Pros
Finding Jotform really simple to use for building forms, whether I'm customizing a community template or creating one from scratch.
Cons
Sadly, the free plan limits me to just five forms

“All-in-one forms for daily operations
Pros
Completely changed how I build forms, the drag-and-drop builder is extremely easy to use, templates cover almost every need and I connected it to payment processors and our CRM without trouble. We rely on it daily to process orders for several large clients.
Cons
Although I found JotForm really simple, I did run into a minor glitch when I first set things up, customer support stepped in and quickly resolved the problem for me.

“Templates that simplify customization
Pros
the templates are really handy, they make it easy to create my own form and personalize it to suit my needs.
Cons
What frustrates me most is that they only let you have five free forms.

“Automatic spreadsheet data syncing
Pros
After many years working in non-profits, I typically didn't have organizational access to paid software. Finding Jotform was a huge help because it allowed me to build forms for community programs and grant proposals without stressing over costs. The platform is very simple and I was able to set up my account quickly. If you're not confident designing a form from scratch, there are plenty of templates to pick from. What I really appreciated was linking it to my email so I could receive submissions instantly and keep track of responses in real time.
Cons
Of course, with any free program there are trade-offs. My biggest problem with Jotform is the limited control over formatting and layout which made it harder for me to customize forms exactly how I wanted.

“Simple daily form management
Pros
I love that it automates and connects forms so submissions are pushed straight into spreadsheets without extra work.
Cons
What annoys me most is that some long-requested features are still missing and they seriously restrict JotForm's usefulness for our workflows, particularly the inability to fully automate forms that require two different legally binding signatures. We roll out a lot of contracts that must be enforceable, yet I still have to upload each document individually, map every field and then send them manually which is time-consuming. On top of that, having to inject custom CSS just to achieve any layout or styling beyond the basic form templates is really frustrating and feels like extra work that shouldn't be necessary.

“More simple than other form tools
Pros
Between my team and me, we use Jotform to collect details and specifications from clients for events and we also rely on it to complete the final details forms our staff uses. We use it daily and find it incredibly user-friendly and easy.
Cons
So far I haven't found anything I dislike about it, we've been able to customize and design our forms exactly the way we need them to support our business processes.

“Easy student data collection
Pros
After years of using Google Forms, I always thought it worked well for basic needs. At one point I inherited some Microsoft forms through work and while they functioned, they felt a bit awkward to use. Then I found Jotform and immediately appreciated how user-friendly it is, the interface really clicks with me. I could quickly import or rebuild the forms I already had into Jotform and now I rely on it every day, it's become crucial to our operations. Its integration with MailerLite makes handling course applications much easier.
Cons
It would be great if I could import updated records into an existing Jot Table, even better would be the option to do that directly from MailerLite.

“Quick setup with flexible options
Pros
Using Jotform makes gathering information from my students unbelievably easy and issue-free. The interface feels simple, so putting together sign-up questionnaires for events is quick and I can collect the exact details I need without confusion. When responses come in, I can easily export everything to a spreadsheet and be finished in minutes. I integrate it with Google Sheets.
Cons
I really tried to find faults with Jotform and honestly came up empty-handed, nothing significant jumps out as a complaint. What I do wish, though, is that I had more occasions to use the tool, because I'd love to take advantage of it more often.

“Easy for builders and users
Pros
setting up a form and collecting responses has been really easy, everyone I shared it with managed to navigate it without any issues. I'm also a big fan of the broad selection of features and options available for each form which gives me plenty of flexibility.
Cons
However, I find designing my own template a bit challenging and somewhat tough, so customizing layouts and styles is harder than I would like.

“Custom templates made simple
Pros
I find Jotform easy for whoever builds the form and for people filling it out. I like that it comes with lots of ready-made templates while still letting me tweak and customize them.
Cons
To be honest, I can't think of many complaints about Jotform at all, it works well for my needs.

“Easy for teams and clients
Pros
For my needs, Jotform feels incredibly user-friendly for both me and my clients.
Cons
I don't have a lot to complain about but it's kind of annoying that I have to pay to use the service, wouldn't it be awesome if everything were free? Lol.

“Reliable forms with secure storage
Pros
It's easy for me to put forms together and configure authorization workflows. It reliably does the job and I'm happy there's separate cloud storage for form data.
Cons
For me, there's limited customization for certain fields like dates. The interface also feels slightly outdated.

“Beginner-friendly with good support
Pros
Jotform has been really easy and easy to navigate, with lots of templates and plenty of integrations. Because there's a free plan for a single user, I could test it without commitment. Setting up feedback loops is simple and whenever I've needed support, they've been responsive and helpful.
Cons
Honestly, I can't really name a downside to Jotform, the only exception would be if you specifically don't want to use feedback loops, then it might not be ideal.

Pros
I've found it really quick at gathering responses and it keeps me in the loop whenever people engage with my forms. Updates arrive almost every day, the workflow is easy and although I haven't needed support, I appreciate knowing it's available.

So far, I haven't found any drawbacks while using Jotform.

“Strong free plan with mobile access
Pros
The ready-made templates and drag-and-drop interface make building forms quick and easy. I love the tables where submissions are gathered, they're clean, easy to navigate and super useful when I work on responses later. Integrations automatically add new customers to my email tool and the Google Sheets link is great for tracking. I also appreciate how much functionality is available in the free plan. The mobile app is fantastic, I can review submissions and tweak live forms easily from my phone.
Cons
Every so often it has trouble running properly in Chrome, so I end up switching to a different browser to get things working.
