Pros
Using Jotform has been so easy that I've been able to customize every part of a form to suit exactly what we need. Collecting volunteer details for our gym events has been incredibly easy and efficient.

“Powerful widgets with excellent support
Pros
Creating forms with this tool is impressively easy. There are so many widgets available and the integrations are great. I absolutely adore Jotform's Support Team, their knowledge, fast replies, accuracy and genuine kindness are consistently dependable.
Cons
Over the past six months I've found the development team moves too slowly when it comes to rolling out seemingly small improvements to widgets. For example, I requested they add a "search option" to the configurable list text dropdown so I could pick an answer from dozens without needing to type the entire word, what I really want is the ability to type initials and have the list immediately filter down to matching options. I first submitted this request in July 2023 and have been following up with Jotform on a regular basis but the feedback I've received repeatedly is that there is no guarantee they will implement the feature. That lack of commitment is disappointing, because this modest enhancement would clearly make life easier for thousands of other users facing the same frustration and it feels like a easy usability fix that should be prioritized.

“Beginner-friendly yet very capable
Pros
Honestly, Jotform is the simplest and most user-friendly tool I've used for building forms. It's well-designed, simple and even someone without experience can put together sophisticated forms quickly. The customer support is fantastic too.
Cons
To be honest, I haven't come across any real drawbacks with Jotform so far.

“Highly configurable with fast reporting
Pros
The tool is highly configurable. I really appreciate the breadth of settings, the data analytics and the ability to tweak reports. I reach for it whenever I need to build a form and I can put a form together quickly because everything is simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
I can't come up with any real complaints. For me it lets you dig down into features and customize things thoroughly, unlike a certain rival that only hands out the absolute basics and behaves like a massive tech brand expecting us to be grateful for leftovers.

“Feature-rich but easy to use daily
Pros
As a WYSIWYG platform, Jotform handles almost everything I throw at it. It's packed with integrations for payment processors, automation services and other tools which makes it a go-to for both work and personal projects. I haven't found functional limits and training others is easy because it's so simple. I also value the many ways to export data. Launching forms and projects is smooth and nearly effortless and the support team is always there when I need help.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't anything I would list as a con, I truly can't think of any shortcomings worth mentioning.

Pros
Using it is simple and the workflow feels smooth to me. Everything about this tool is easy and easy to operate.
Cons

Pros
For my business, the biggest advantage is that all our records are digitized and centralized in one spot. It saves time and money because we can send a simple link instead of collecting details over the phone, freeing up hours to grow revenue. It helps enforce our policies and filters out problematic clients before they become difficult to manage.
Cons
Although Jotform integrates with lots of other companies, the specific software we rely on isn't one of the supported integrations. That shortcoming doesn't negate the rest of the advantages we get from using Jotform, though, so we still find it worthwhile.

“No-code forms with payments and alerts
Pros
What I appreciate most is how easy Jotform is. I have no technical background, no HTML or coding knowledge, but I can build and tweak forms easily. Templates are adaptable which makes designing manageable. The built-in online payment options look professional and notifications arrive promptly so I can act on submissions quickly. The support team is reliable and professional which gives me confidence. Overall, Jotform lets me focus on my business instead of wrestling with technical setup.
Cons
While Jotform does provide a free tier that covers the basics, a number of the more advanced capabilities are locked behind paid subscriptions. Some of those plans feel a bit expensive. As a small startup with limited funds like ours, it can be challenging to justify or afford upgrading just to access those extra features we sometimes need. That means we have to be very selective about which premium upgrades we choose and when which slows down our ability to scale certain processes.

Jotform is very simple and easy to learn. The drag-and-drop editor makes building forms simple and the wide variety of templates and customization options suit our business needs. It integrates smoothly with payment gateways and CRM systems which greatly benefits our workflows. The free plan allowed us to test it before committing.
Cons
I've noticed that Jotform can be slow to reply to customer support requests at times which is frustrating and feels like a significant shortcoming. On top of that, some of the features locked behind premium tiers don't seem to justify the cost and I've found them a bit underwhelming for the price they ask.

what really stands out is how flexible the platform is. Whether we're putting together a simple contact form or building a multi-page survey, JotForm lets us create and adapt forms to fit each client's exact needs. It's made tracking submissions, reviewing responses and producing in-depth reports so easy. Overall, it's dramatically improved how we collect and make sense of client data quickly and reliably.
Cons
I wish the free version offered a few more options for customizing the look and feel of forms, so I could tweak visuals without having to upgrade.

I'm really impressed by how easy it is to use. I didn't have to spend hours learning the ropes, I could jump right in because everything feels so simple. “Simple setup with confirmations
Pros
What really stood out to me was how simple it was to set everything up, add my own descriptions and choose from so many options for each question during the setup process. I also like that I get a confirmation email and my client receives one too, it keeps both of us informed about what's been completed and submitted.
Cons
I enjoyed every aspect of using this form compared with the tools I'd used previously. For me it felt like a major upgrade and definitely an improvement over what I was doing before.

I've been relying on Jitform for quite some time as my go-to way to interact with people who visit my website. It's very easy to install on the site and simple for visitors to use but it also gives me enough flexibility to customize things and add a personal touch.

For our country club, we've found Jotform to be a very cost-effective solution for gathering sign-ups across the many products and events we run throughout the year. We can quickly spin up a website and associated form that feels simple for our members and the backend is simple for our staff to manage. That ease of use has been a major asset for running multiple registrations smoothly.
Cons
I find the built-in ecommerce features pretty limited. I'd love a way to accept payments and have funds deposited directly into our account through Jotform itself instead of routing everything through a third-party service. It feels misleading when Jotform advertises forms as free, only to discover you still have to pay the linked payment sites which adds extra cost and complexity for us.

I'm glad I can use form templates and build my own when necessary, it's easy to set up various forms and simple for all staff to use regularly. I found it effortless to roll out across the company, customer support is always available and there are many useful features I rely on quite often
