Professional client document prep

Pros

I appreciate that this tool lets me prepare documents for our clients to sign, keeping everything looking professional and easy for anyone to use!

Cons

Sometimes I've noticed clients find it a little frustrating to complete signed documents on their mobile devices which can be a issue for them.

Consistent patient lead collection

Pros

At our dental office, we count on this tool to consistently pull in new patient leads and it's incredibly user-friendly. Deployment was easy, we use it daily and my patients are big fans of the experience.

Cons

I wish it would sync automatically with my Eaglesoft system, also, not having a phone number to reach customer support is really aggravating and makes troubleshooting slower.

Customizable branded forms

Pros

One thing I really like about this tool is that I can fully customize the appearance of the forms I build. I tailor them to match my branding so anyone who fills one out instantly knows it's associated with my business.

Cons

Simple link sharing with clients

Pros

Using this tool feels very easy to me, sharing a link with clients is all it takes and they're able to complete it quickly without confusion.

Cons

there's nothing I really dislike but I wish I could integrate it into my Square POS system.

Useful and cost-effective form builder

Pros

it's a very useful form-building tool, comparable to Typeform and the free plan is more than reasonable.

Cons

Direct integration with ClickUp didn't work for me when using this tool. I had to rely on Zapier and every so often I run into bugs.

Fast form building

Pros

Pre-made options have been a huge help for me, especially when I needed to build something image-heavy, the workflow made the process fast and efficient.

easy interface with Square integration

Pros

The interface feels very easy on my end and the smooth integration with Square checked an essential box for our use case.

Cons

I would love the ability to mark specific individual dates as available instead of being forced into a repeating date pattern, currently the only workaround I can find is to set up those days as vacation days to block them off.

Affordable alternative to premium tools

Pros

this has been the most affordable form builder I've come across and it includes features I previously only saw in tools like Qualtrics.

Cons

One drawback I've run into is that I can't grant a teammate full permissions unless I hand over access to my own account which is inconvenient.

Effortless survey setup and export

Pros

Setting up surveys has been effortless for me and linking them to PDFs and exporting the results into spreadsheets for analysis is just as easy.

Cons

Sending responses to multiple email addresses could be much simpler, I'd really like a more aligned way to distribute replies to several addresses at once.
