Pros
We've found this tool incredibly easy to use and really simple to design with, plus it embeds easily into our website. Our team relies on it many times over the course of the year for a wide variety of forms and their customer support has consistently been available and friendly.
Cons

Pros
Creating a basic template or questionnaire was incredibly easy for me, I could build what I needed without any fuss and the whole process felt simple.
Cons
Nothing negative to report, I turned to this tool specifically to build a easy sign-up questionnaire for my travel nurses to choose assignments and it worked exactly as I hoped. It was easy for the nurses to complete and I could quickly look up and remember any details they entered in the form.

“Accessible platform for small operations
Pros
As someone running a smaller operation, I find the platform incredibly easy to access and work with when manipulating data and getting an email every time a form is submitted is really helpful for us.
Cons
Don't have any problems with the software itself but their marketing emails come far too often which I find mildly annoying.

Among all the form builders I've tried, this one is the first tool my team and I reach for. I find it the most simple and user-friendly and its polished UX/UI feels very advanced, so our forms end up looking really professional.
Cons
I do have to upgrade to access some features which isn't surprising and seems to be the norm across similar tools.

For our daughter's primary school, I found this platform perfect for building order forms for small sales or fundraising projects, the forms are simple to create, the support team is very helpful and I highly recommend it.
Cons
Can't find any drawbacks, even on the free account I was able to do so much and the helpdesk was always available with fast, efficient support when I needed it.

“Quick online payments

When I first started using this tool it was the simplest way for me to collect payments on my website and the visual design and overall look were what drew me in. The WordPress plugin stood out, it allowed me to add a form to a page with a single click. Whether I embedded it as an iframe or used an HTML embed, it worked smoothly and without issues. There were occasions when my custom CSS for the form didn't seem to take effect but the support team responded right away and fixed things which I found fantastic. Applying styles to forms and working with custom fields was surprisingly easy, too. Practically every payment on my site to date has been processed through this tool via its payment integration and in terms of usage frequency we've relied on it multiple times throughout the year.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is the number of payment integration options. At the moment it supports BOA and PayPal and I'd really appreciate more gateways being added so I have greater flexibility. I'd also love for the free version to include more styling choices, having additional themes or design options without having to upgrade would make it much more valuable for smaller sites and those on a tight budget.

This tool is easy to learn and use and the UI feels very simple. It's quick and easy to roll out for different client scenarios and a wide range of use cases. We rely on this product every day and there are still several use cases we haven't implemented yet. Overall, the support has been good.
Cons
I'm disappointed that the pricing and licensing structure doesn't support a true multi-user environment.

I'm really impressed with how easy this tool makes building forms, it's so user-friendly. They offer such a wide range of features that I always manage to create the exact form I'm after. I can drop it into any website, landing page, or blog without any issue. This is a form builder I'll reach for constantly. I can easily use it for my regular questions, set up quick polls on a whim, or craft more detailed surveys when needed.
Cons
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about it, in my experience this is an excellent form maker!

Pros
I find the interface visually attractive and really easy to navigate which makes working with the tool pleasant. Beyond simple form creation, I've been able to gather signatures and capture data from both internal and external users and the built-in reporting tools save me time. Building and deploying forms is easy, I didn't need deep technical knowledge to get things up and running. And integrating this with our other systems and applications has been pretty feasible.
Cons
My only real wish is for more form design options, specifically a wider selection of fonts to give forms more personality.

“PDF to fillable forms

I'm really pleased that I can import the PDFs I already have and quickly convert them into fillable forms to embed on my websites, the whole process is simple, the features are easy to use and the navigation feels very comprehensive and organized.
Cons
The only feature I currently miss is a built-in payments section on my forms so customers could type in their credit card details and submit them through the form to be securely stored. Right now there isn't a way for me to collect and keep payment card data directly via the form which would align billing and record-keeping for my clients.

“Fast patient intake forms
Pros
This application has cut down my team's workload significantly by letting us forward patients their intake paperwork before visits while staying HIPAA compliant. I'm thrilled we can edit the questions as frequently as needed and producing new forms for various appointment types is incredibly quick and simple. We rely on it every day. The support team is extremely responsive. We've successfully woven this app into our everyday workflows and it was easy to roll out without any headaches or delays and to teach new staff how to operate it. Patients respond positively as well!

“Simple form sharing
Pros
This app makes it really simple to build quick, easy forms and I appreciate how many different sharing options are available. The submissions table is simple and easy to work with and overall I'm satisfied with how well this software performs and the features it offers.
Cons
It's somewhat more advanced and for the approval workflow I find myself wishing I could not only approve a submission but also later revise that approval status if circumstances change. I also want the ability to share the submissions table in read-only mode for most users while granting editing rights to a handful of specific people.

I'm genuinely impressed by how simple this tool is to navigate and I really like the variety of widgets available to customize my forms.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that when I rearrange sections in the editor, the downloaded version still lists them in their original creation order which makes reviewing finished submissions confusing and a bit frustrating.

Our nonprofit theatre company depends on this tool for many tasks. We use it across almost every department - audition sign-ups, contracts, board member pledges, applications and a bunch of other needs. Whenever gathering information is required, we jump to this platform since creating forms and collecting responses is so easy. Incoming responses are easy to manage and the inbox plus the data spreadsheet make sharing with directors or collaborators simple. I almost always keep a tab for this tool open because I rely on it nearly every day.
Cons
At first, we found the contract feature a little tricky to use. It wasn't as simple as the regular forms but we picked it up fairly quickly. Honestly, I can't think of anything we dislike.

I'm really impressed by how much you can customize it and how polished the final forms appear and it feels like there's virtually no limit to the configuration options for any form. Once a form is assembled, deploying it is easy and I appreciate the response filtering tools. I also like that I receive emails with form responses whenever someone fills out or submits a form.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there were a way to preview a widget before it gets dropped into my form, because having it added immediately can be confusing. From a user's perspective some parts are tricky. With such an overwhelming number of features and widgets, I find myself frequently searching for guidance on how to use particular elements. It would be great if the platform included more in-app help or tutorials so people could make full use of everything available.

okay soo..... I really appreciate how flexible the forms are. The last one I built was a product request form and I loved that I could add images, detailed descriptions, nested options and so on. Since we first started using the software, I've noticed a lot of useful features have been introduced which we, as customers, really value. We enjoy having innovative, highly customizable capabilities to tailor our forms exactly the way we need.
Cons
To be honest, I feel the analytics need to be more flexible and offer deeper insights. The visual layout is great but if I could control how the data is presented and pick which metrics are pulled from survey responses, it would change how much we rely on the tool, I'd use it far more. Right now the analysis of survey results feels a little flat and one-dimensional, so I wish those reports could be customized in the same way as the forms are. If the analytics were even interactive, that would be a big win for us.

Over the years I've watched them roll out new capabilities constantly and it's become so much more than a simple contact form builder. I can put together a full app, launch an ecommerce storefront to take orders, chat with customers and more. It's been really exciting to see what they've added in the past few years. I've created some pretty wild projects for multiple companies using this platform and I'm consistently amazed at what I can accomplish without writing a single line of code. Whenever I send a support request the replies come back fast and thorough. There almost always seems to be an answer to my questions and when the problems I run into turn out to be user mistakes the support team is patient, friendly and very detailed in how they help.
Cons
Occasionally I've filed support tickets where there wasn't an immediate fix available. In those situations the team tells me they'll log a 'Feature Request' ticket but I haven't received any follow-up about them. I understand that the enhancements I imagine may be harder to build than they sound, so I don't expect miracles but I would appreciate at least some acknowledgement or status updates when a requested feature gets submitted.
