“Professional sign-up forms
Pros
I'm really impressed by how it lets me build professional, customizable sign-up forms. They make it simple to design different packages and set multiple price points without any fuss. Payments are handled directly inside the form, so when someone clicks "submit" they're instantly registered for our event which removes a lot of the manual work that comes with traditional sign-up processes.
Cons
My main issue is that they limit how many payments you can accept through their sign-up form each month before asking you to upgrade. I understand the rationale but the annual cost felt a bit high for our occasional needs. We've kept the free plan since we only run a couple of events with sign-ups each year, although for a company that hosts many events the fee would probably be worthwhile. I would appreciate a "small use" option, something like paying for two events per year with unlimited payments, because I would gladly pay for that but committing to a full-year plan didn't make sense for us as we're not an event-focused business. If your organization runs frequent events, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tool.

“Daily registration management
Pros
We operate an aquatic center and rely on this platform for new registrations, renewing liability releases for current members, sending out participation requests for events or surveys tied to our programs. In short we use this tool every single day. It is very user friendly and includes the right tools and templates that help us save time. The options to export to excel and to view data in different formats are extremely valuable. It is clear and simple for our guests to interact with and respond. After testing the free version, we quickly decided to upgrade and pay for the full plan.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints, I'm genuinely happy with this product.

“convenient cross-platform forms
Pros
Getting set up was completely feasible and I love that the admin can link features to other applications. I could easily try out the forms and see how they'd appear across different devices and platforms. Whenever I had a question, I usually discovered someone else had already asked it, so I rarely needed to reach out to customer support myself. Our users, in turn, reported that the forms were easy to find and simple to navigate.
Cons
the area that could use the most polishing is the email composition for response confirmations. It wasn't immediately obvious where to find that functionality and it took me a while to become comfortable navigating to it. For someone unfamiliar with mail merge concepts, there's likely a noticeable learning curve which I suppose is typical for any feature that's new to you. On the recipient side, the only real issue I've seen is when auto-save wasn't enabled, clients couldn't edit their submissions and had to get in touch with me or another administrator to receive an edit link which became an extra step that could have been avoided with clearer defaults or prompts.

“simple forms for all users
Pros
What I really appreciate is how simple it feels, my older clients have no trouble finding their way around the form.
Cons
Honestly, it's frustrating because I can't offer my clients a way to upload photos or videos due to the lack of a working upload element.

“Fast waivers and tracking
Pros
love how fast and easy it is. I can have customers complete my yoga waiver in seconds which cuts down on paper. I also find it simple to search my signed waivers and quickly check who has already completed their yoga waiver with me.
Cons
Have no real complaints. The logo's size at the top of the form felt a bit tough for me to adjust but in the end it isn't important to include a logo.

“Smooth tool integrations
Pros
A big plus for me has been how smoothly it connects with other services. I could link my forms to tools we depend on, such as Google Sheets and Mailchimp which made handling data much easier and kept our processes efficient and reliable and well-coordinated.
Cons
the app's reliance on an internet connection becomes problematic where connectivity is patchy.

“Feature-rich form platform
Pros
Using this platform has been a great experience for me, especially because the wide range of features has helped me build everything from onboarding questionnaires to a full employee store. Browsing through the templates also gives me fresh ideas whenever I need inspiration.
Cons
an integration that could dispatch calendar invites directly from the app would be great, it would make scheduling so much easier.

“No-code form creation
Pros
Working with it feels very easy to me and I can create attractive forms without any coding skills. I really like features such as the signature option, the customizable thank-you page, automatic email notifications and the built-in data analysis tools.
Cons
It annoys me that to get this tool for enterprise use I have to speak with a sales rep or support person.

“Stable platform with great uptime
Pros
As a team, we rely on this tool because the uptime has been excellent, I haven't experienced outages or downtime at all. Setup was simple for me and the extensive knowledge base usually answers any questions. Most of our website clients use it regularly.
Cons
I do notice it can be a bit sluggish when making edits in developer mode sometimes, although it's not something that causes major problems.

“HTML embedding limitations
Pros
In my case, embedding it into websites has been easy and the variety of integrations is impressive. While customer support is generally helpful, responses can sometimes be slow. Even so, I use it across most of my sites.
Cons
Having to copy the HTML and JavaScript straight into my sites can be a bit flaky at times but it's something I have to do to enable features like address lookups and custom API calls. It would be great if there was a way to embed JavaScript directly into form or HTML blocks so I could run all the logic inside the tool itself. Relying on iframes alone doesn't cut it.

“Effortless drag-and-drop setup
Pros
Navigating the interface feels effortless to me thanks to the drag-and-drop editor and getting everything running took very little time.
Cons
We do run into limitations around customization, especially when we want to add custom code which can be annoying sometimes but it never prevents us from using the product.

“Simple admin and user forms
Pros
From both an admin and user perspective, the platform has been simple for me to use. The built-in template features were extremely helpful and rolling it out within our organization was quick and smooth. I often turn to it for short surveys, release waivers and event registrations.
Cons
When I try to create more complicated forms, I'd really like to see additional options that let me use tables or matrix-style layouts. Finding that capability has been a struggle with this and most other online form platforms I've used.

“Easy event registration forms
Pros
Because of how easy it is to use, creating event registration forms for users has been a smooth process for me.
Cons
I'm a bit annoyed that I have to upgrade my paid account before someone else on my team can receive full editor rights for the forms I create. From what I can tell at the moment, they can only view the submissions and are unable to perform things like sorting or applying filters.

“Fast, efficient form builder
Pros

“Pricing too high for small groups
Pros
Building sign-up forms for different events has been easy in my experience and moving between sections based on attendee responses feels feasible. I also appreciate how clean and readable the form outputs are which makes working with the data much easier.
Cons
The cost makes this tool impractical for truly small groups. I relied on it to gather participant details and event preferences for a one-day track meet I coach but sharing that information with my assistant coaches became impossible because of the way the pricing tiers are structured. Since this is a volunteer role, I honestly don't have any budget to cover extra fees. For big companies, I can see the platform being incredibly useful but for a small business or situations like mine, volunteer-run activities, it's just not viable. I also tried using it when I was managing a small independent branch of a nonprofit and even though we qualified for a substantial discount, the fees needed to enable collaboration on our forms were still beyond our means.

“Volunteer-friendly submission tool
Pros
As part of a nonprofit, we use this platform to collect photo and video submissions and I've found it far easier for volunteers and members compared to older systems. Keeping everything organized is simple and the Dropbox integration makes sorting submissions effortless.
Cons
I'd love a way to upload an entire folder in one go, right now we have to tell contributors to compress their folders into a zip file before they can submit anything which is a bit of an extra issue.
