Using the platform is a very smooth experience because it's so user-friendly, featuring a beautifully designed yet basic interface.

Cons

You will find certain restrictions on both the free and paid plans which could limit your access to advanced tools or how much you can use it, depending on what you need.

“Great for drag and drop and templates

Pros

We can just drag and drop fields, there are templates ready to go, plus setting up basic rules is simple too and it connects with Google Sheets and exports to Excel easily. Also it generates small automatic reports for a quick overview.

Cons

It does not handle very complex user journeys well and the form can get a bit slow if we add too many widgets. But for quickly gathering simple answers and centralizing information without having to email people, it works perfectly.

“Love creating forms!

Pros

Creating forms without any coding is what I love about it. The drag and drop feature makes designing forms a quick and simple process. It has lots of templates for various situations that we can adjust to fit our style and the security is strong to keep all your information safe.

Cons

Even though it has a lot of great features, the paid plan is quite expensive especially when we need to use it for larger-scale projects.

“Very user-friendly

Pros

Its standout quality is how user-friendly it is. Plus the drag and drop interface makes constructing forms a simple task. Also there are hundreds of form templates we can easily tweak and the customer support team is friendly and available around the clock. It also connects directly with payment tools like Stripe and PayPal.

Cons

To be honest it is a really powerful platform. I have not come across anything I needed that it does not already offer.

“Pretty easy to use with a simple interface

Pros

The simple, minimal interface makes the app pretty easy to use. Getting it set up, receiving responses and sending forms out to complete my tasks was all very simple too.

Cons

Their app can sometimes get really slow and uses up a lot of my computer's memory. If I had it open with other websites, my whole computer would start to lag.

“Lets you build forms easily!

Pros

My favorite thing is how Jotform lets you build forms so easily and effectively. You can quickly locate a template for a specific purpose or design your own from scratch. The layout is extremely easy to navigate, even for a total beginner. It also provides very adaptable report building and a seemingly endless choice of fields.

Cons

One of my wish for it would be to have more powerful reporting tools and better support for multiple languages.

Jotform is a simple, user friendly and very easy to use application. It lets us create questionnaires that have excellent, professional-looking graphics.

It is a good application and I dont think there are any major negatives. Perhaps the price is just a little bit high.

Pros

The drag and drop interface is the feature I love the most as it makes putting a form together a fast and simple process that needs no coding skills. The pre-made templates are a huge time-saver. I also really value the smooth connections with tools like Google Sheets and Slack that help automate our workflows.

Cons

I feel like the folder system for organization could use some improvement and the pricing for the advanced features is a bit steep.

“Swift and adaptable platform

Pros

Being able to make changes swiftly and easily which lets us react right away to what our staff needs, is a major advantage. It is also simple to put most specific requests into practice. Overall we saw a good improvement in our internal procedures after just a short training period.

Cons

Lets be real I cannot think of any real disadvantages, it has really improved our speed and clarity. That said, it could use a built-in reporting dashboard and a way to display the key information in a simple view.

Pros

My use for it ranges from personal data entry to handling external requests, it is adaptable enough to be customized for both. Exporting the data is also a simple process.

Cons

There is not much to complain about, we can always find a way to change things and work through any challenges. Yes there is a learning curve but that's to be expected.

Pros

Our company relies on JotForm for everything from job applications to credit account requests and it has been proven the best tool for us. It is so user-friendly and simple to customize which has really smoothed out our internal workflows. Overall it has been key in keeping us organized and efficient and we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Cons

If we had to choose one thing, it might be the sheer number of features as it can feel a bit overwhelming to explore them all. But once you get to know the platform, everything works smoothly. We have not run into any major problems.

“impressive AI assistant for email automation

Pros

What impressed me the most was how simple it was to set up automated replies and sort incoming messages using custom labels and filters. The AI assistant handled job applications for me so I did not have to keep checking my email. The clean design and its smooth integration with Gmail were also features I really valued.

Cons

The only feature I was not completely satisfied with was the limit on voice calls. I know it is not the main purpose of the platform but a little more flexibility or more minutes for voice-based tasks would have been helpful especially for following up with job applicants.

Pros

It is easy to use and embed into my own website. I managed to do the whole thing by myself without needing to hire anyone for help.

Cons

I noticed that the free plan has a limited data allowance. So you will need to start paying a monthly fee if you want a larger data plan.

Its incredibly easy to use and handles everything I need it to do. Plus the free service is surprisingly full of features for a no-cost plan.

Cons

It would be helpful if the free service offered a bit more storage space, 100mb really is not sufficient for any proper testing.

It feels even more user friendly now than when I first tried it. Since they have made such good improvements to their service, I figured it was time to update my review.

As per me it does not have as many functions as it potentially could but the recent improvements are noticeable and definitely deserve some recognition.

Everyone in our PTO finds Jotform an easy platform to work with. It's become our go to for collecting important details for every project and is a simple way for us to handle payments.

Cons

It seems like all the glitches from the past few months have been sorted out and it's been working great for us. The feedback we have gotten from our parents has also been really positive.

It is easy to use, has a free plan and lets us customize the forms too.

Sometimes it does not save the changes I make to the thank-you page at the end of a form but that's about the only issue.

Creating forms on this platform is a very simple process. We are still pretty new to it but our experience adding forms to our website for people to fill out has been great so far.

For drawbacks I would say so far, we have not come across any cons in our experience with it. We are really pleased with the platform and how simple it is to add and create the forms our organization requires.

The operation is very simple and user friendly. Also the site has a basic layout and the large number of templates make it easy to bring our own ideas to life.

There is not really anything negative to report. The only minor quirk is that the date formats in the tables can be a little tricky sometimes.

A few of the features can be a bit hard to find at times. Fortunately their support team is excellent, so anything we need is sorted out quickly.
