“aligned team workflows
Pros
I've personally found this tool extremely helpful for managing submitted requests and connecting our Operations team with the rest of the company. The forms are easy for teams to understand and complete and they save us time across multiple workflows.
Cons
When our Operations team already has so many links, managing them feels overwhelming to me. Honestly, I don't see any better option, it mostly just opens up more opportunities for people to get distracted and lose focus.

Pros
Overall, form building has become much quicker and more efficient for me thanks to this tool. The combination of a user-friendly interface, flexible design options, drag-and-drop customization and ready-made process flows makes it easy to create reliable approval workflows and I'd happily recommend it to anyone needing an online form solution.
Cons
Occasionally I find some of the provided sample process flows hard to adapt and tailor to our organization's specific workflows and building a custom process from scratch can require a fair amount of time, depending on how complex the workflow is.

What I like most is the simple, simple UI that let me create fantastic forms in minutes which helped me gather lots of feedback about my services on my website
Cons
It is bit tricky to export a form from one account and then import it into another, I think moving forms between accounts isn't very easy.

I also appreciate their wide range of business services and an extensive, well-stocked template library packed with powerful features and flexible options for form creation that have consistently served me really well.

Cons
I would love if it provided an overview of responses displayed as an infographic or chart, since a visual summary of results would be really helpful. If this capability exists, I couldn't find it easily on my form, so it felt hidden or absent when I looked.

I've found this tool to be an easy way to drop a form onto any website using very little code which keeps things quick and easy.
Cons
While the free tier restricts submissions and view counts, it still gives me enough capacity for a personal or low-key site. I'd appreciate seeing extra form views and more submission credits included, though I understand companies have to make money.

It only took me minutes to get the hang of this tool and I was able to drop it into my WordPress site without any issue. Their customer support is easy and responds quickly. So far I've built just one form for my very first online course but I'm planning to reuse it many times to make additional forms. I took advantage of several features, including a Stripe payment gateway and the ability to upload images for the product I was selling. Overall it's a great product and was incredibly simple to integrate into my WordPress website.
Cons
I wish they offered a more affordable plan for small or new businesses that are just getting started with online payments and sign-up forms, it would help a lot.

I really appreciate that the forms are fully customizable so I can shape them for whatever purpose I'm using them for. The cap on the free account feels reasonable and the paid plans are fairly priced. Having an e-signature feature built into forms is a big plus. The interface is simple to navigate, sharing forms across other accounts is easy and customer support has been consistently very helpful and responsive.
Cons
not a fan of the cap on the number of forms you can create with a free account, it becomes limiting when I'm trying to rely solely on the free tier for more extensive use.

This tool has seriously simplified my daily tasks and cut down the amount of paper we go through. It keeps every completed form on file so I can pull them up in seconds whenever I need to which saves me a lot of time. Using it is easy for both myself and the person on the receiving end, so there's almost no learning curve. There are a ton of choices when I start a new form, I can build one from scratch, pick a template, or upload my own document. I really like that I get an email confirmation as soon as someone finishes my form. I also value being able to either print the filled form exactly as it was completed or download it so it preserves my original layout.

the free tier restricts you to just five forms and I wish it would let me create more without having to upgrade.

I'm really impressed by the range of elements I can add to a form and the design options that let me tailor everything to my specific needs. Another thing I like is the flexibility to begin with a completely blank form, bring in an existing form, or kick off with a template, so many possibilities to choose from. I've contacted the Customer Service team before and they were genuinely helpful in resolving a few glitches I ran into with form elements. My team and I rely on these forms daily and weekly and we've never had trouble implementing the software or merging it with our existing paper-based forms.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about the tool, to be honest. Once, the email alerts that had been configured failed to send and we didn't notice submissions for a few days. Thankfully it was simple enough to sign in and download and review the missed entries, so we were able to catch up without any major fallout.

Cons
