“Templates boost client response
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use and it includes a wide variety of templates that make getting started simple. The customer service team has been very helpful whenever I run into a snag. By using this tool, we increased the return rate of customer information by well over 80%! It became noticeably easier for clients to complete the details which in turn made it much simpler for me to proceed with processing their information. After we began using it, integrating the forms into our daily routine felt entirely feasible.
Cons
It would save me time if I could print the completed form's PDF right from the email notification without having to log into the system. Being able to grab everything from the message itself would remove a few extra steps from my workflow and truthfully it would shave off a few minutes here and there whenever someone finishes a form.

“Attractive student-friendly forms
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most about this tool is that I can tailor my forms to look much more attractive, so answering a survey doesn't feel dull. It's also extremely user-friendly which I really value because many students, myself included, need an easy survey platform for academic work like theses and other papers.
Cons
My only real complaint with this tool comes when I look at responses, some answers don't appear, especially on options that have a lot of votes or responses. I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting or a button that would let me view every single response but right now I can't find a way to see them all.

“Reusable custom reports
Pros
I've used this tool for a range of tasks but in my experience it shines when I need to create custom reports that I can reuse again and again. For example, while working on case studies for condo projects I built forms to gather data and they were easy to set up. The reports I generated get used very frequently in my workflow and whenever I've needed help their customer support has been genuinely helpful. I definitely recommend this tool.
Cons
There is a definite learning curve with it and sometimes the forms I design go through multiple iterations before they match exactly what I want. It can take several generations of tweaks to nail down the layout and logic, so I budget extra time when starting more complex forms.

“User-friendly deployment
Pros
Between the plugins, the drag-and-drop editor and everything else in between, I find this tool easy to deploy, user-friendly for front-end people and it provides admins with an easy way to gather and analyze data. With so many templates available, I can start quickly without needing a lot of creativity.
Cons
That said, the abundance of features means there's a steep learning curve and a lot to absorb. I'd love it if some plugins and the more advanced form settings included concise, built-in tutorials or help guides that go into more depth so I could learn them faster.

Pros
From my experience, the platform makes collecting payments both simple and secure and I appreciate the convenient, easy-to-use interface. I can design forms that fit our specific needs, use the free online form tools and benefit from integrations and more advanced features. Pricing is $99 per month or $79 monthly if paid annually.
Cons
I found the free plan very restrictive because it only lets me have five forms at once, so to add a new one I have to delete an existing form. Also, my submissions are capped at 100 which can quickly feel limiting.

There are times when I mark certain dates as unavailable on a form, yet someone is still able to select and view those dates.

the best thing about this tool is that we can create so many different kinds of forms. My team uses it for everything from donation pages to volunteer sign-ups. They're pretty easy to customize, so we can style them to fit our website or company branding and overall aesthetic.
Cons
I don't love how payment integrations work, I often feel constrained when trying to connect gateways. Integration with services like Authorize.net isn't very smooth and comes across as rather clunky. I've also run into occasional bugs when embedding the form on our website which can be frustrating.

“Multi-language and conditional forms
Pros
As a company, we brought this tool on specifically because we needed a way to host a single form in several languages, including both left-to-right and right-to-left scripts, while also having conditional logic. In practice it delivers the customization we required but locating and configuring those options was far from easy. The community forums are lively and support staff do try to help there, yet a lot of features lack proper documentation or have outdated notes. That problem is most apparent when dealing with the localization and internationalization settings.
Cons
This product comes with a very broad set of capabilities which some teams will appreciate. For our organization, though, many of those extras feel like unnecessary 'bloat' layered on top of the core features that justified buying a subscription. We haven't started using most of the additional modules offered in the suite, so I can't really comment on how well they work. Overall, our primary frustration has been the absence of comprehensive, current documentation covering the platform's numerous products and the details of how they function.

Honestly, I consider this platform head and shoulders above its competitors. It's really simple and I'm a big fan of the huge variety of elements you can use to build forms. Running a mentoring program, I truly couldn't manage without this platform. There's a handy feature that lets participants add the webpage to their device's home screen, making it look and run just like a native app. That's where I keep all the resources our volunteers need and we walk them through installing it during training. Before we adopted this tool, my team and I were still relying on paper registration forms from customers and typing in every piece of information by hand. On top of that, a lot of the forms we received arrived missing key details. Since switching to this tool, we can require specific fields so we capture far more information in a single submission and we can export all entries to a spreadsheet which has increased our processing time. With just a little CSS knowledge, we were even able to style our form to match our company branding. Transitioning our workflow to this tool was very easy. Because of the volume of applications we handle every day, it has proven extremely helpful for our business.
Cons
I do face occasional glitches with this tool but I find Customer Support is consistently fast to respond and usually fixes the issue right away.

This tool is extremely user-friendly for building and deploying surveys online. Between the available widgets, I can create almost every question type and data capture element I need. There are numerous choices for how to launch surveys and manage the data collection process. It connects smoothly to Google Sheets which I appreciate and it's easy to tie into the other tools I use. The pricing seems reasonable to me, not overpriced, and given the cost it provides nearly all the features I require from an online form and survey solution.
Cons
There are just a couple of limitations I've run into while using it. For example, cascading dropdowns exist as a widget but when respondents use them the answers end up stored in one combined field rather than in separate fields which complicates data handling for me. I also wish the tool allowed me to look up a record from one data sheet while filling out a different form and automatically populate associated fields, that kind of cross-form search and auto-fill functionality isn't available and I've missed it on several projects.
