Pros
I've found this tool to be an excellent way to collect information.
Cons
What I find frustrating is that the logo appears on every form unless you have a paid account, I would like an option that lets me remove the logo from at least one form.

“Reusable student survey templates
Pros
Over the years I've relied on this form to run surveys and collect questionnaire responses. You can set it up so respondents are identified or you can keep submissions anonymous. In previous semesters I asked my students to share difficulties or their academic backgrounds at the start of the term which helped me tailor instruction to their needs. After creating a form I save it and reuse it as a template later on. Sending the form to students is easy and in my experience they reported that completing it was very easy.
Cons
Haven't run into any issues or features I disliked so far. You can pick from ready-made templates or build a form from scratch and I found the interface so simple that it only took me a moment to get comfortable using the platform.

“Customizable drag-and-drop forms
Pros
Using this platform, I've found its simple interface and extensive selection of templates make putting forms together incredibly simple. I really appreciate how much I can tailor each form with the drag-and-drop controls. Plus, the smooth integrations with third-party tools make it a lot easier for me and new customers to get up to speed and adopt the system.
Cons
I wish there were more beginner-friendly tutorials for building forms, because I struggled at first. It took me a while to work through all of the customization settings and features and I can see how others new to the tool might feel overwhelmed when trying to find their way around.

“perfect docuSign-style form signing
Pros
I'm a huge fan of the 'My Sign Documents' tool, it's basically a DocuSign-style feature that I rely on constantly for my coaching and consulting work. I also appreciate how easy it is to build forms and how flexible they are, since I can tailor quizzes and intake applications to suit the variety of client needs I have.
Cons
My main frustration is that the 'My Sign Documents' tool isn't as user-friendly as I'd like, particularly when I'm creating documents from scratch. Making a single edit can throw the entire layout out of whack which is really annoying. There are also occasions when a 'My Sign Documents' file doesn't get delivered immediately to the people who need to sign it, causing delays. I also wish the 'Forms' area would let people upload files such as PDFs directly from their phones. Too often, when my career-coaching clients fill out the intake form on mobile, they have to send their resume to me separately which is a pain for both of us.

“Salon-friendly client form solution
Pros
Running a permanent makeup business, I've found this tool incredibly easy to use and very effective for building a wide range of forms. The variety of templates and the way it connects with other systems helped improve our workflow and saved us time. When I used it for collecting and organizing client data, it noticeably simplified many of our day-to-day operations and it was particularly useful for gathering meaningful feedback from customers. All in all, this has been a great solution that made it easy to design and maintain customized forms that suit our salon's needs. Most of all, getting client consultation forms ahead of appointments has been a huge time-saver. I really think it's an excellent product.
Cons
There's only one minor downside I noticed, when I start getting more customers, I have to upgrade and pay for a plan.

“Flexible class registration forms
Pros
I use the 'purchase products' section to list my classes so students can sign up. What I appreciate is that I can add options like different times, prices, days, etc. which makes scheduling flexible. Adding a coupon code is easy and quick. Because my classes have a lot of moving parts, this tool has been the simplest and most affordable solution I've found to manage everything. There are a few areas they could improve but compared to other registration platforms that take a percentage and won't let you customize, this one has been a much better fit for my needs.
Cons
My biggest issue is that if I don't enter a price for something, it gets displayed as "free." There really needs to be an option to leave the price off the listing entirely instead of showing Free. When I include multiple prices as options for a single product, the system either shows the lowest price or just picks one and the way it displays makes it look like that one price applies to all options. For example, I set up Boston Class with 2-5 years $45, 1-2 year olds $45 and 4-7 months $25 but it ends up listed as Boston Class $25 (and if I leave it blank it says Free), followed by the option lines 2-5 years old $45, 1-2 year olds $45, 4-7 months $25 which is confusing for customers. The images I add to forms often come out oddly shaped or stretched and it isn't obvious how to fix them. Overall, I wish the customization options were more user-friendly.

“Powerful integration features
Pros
One feature I particularly appreciate is the tool's powerful integration options. It links effortlessly to many different platforms which has made my workflow much smoother. For me, this capability completely changed how I automate data collection and analysis and has drastically cut down on manual work.
Cons
Platform is quite great and easy to use as a form builder but I've run into real limits with the free tier when my needs grew. The cap on how many forms I can set up, the number of submissions I'm allowed and the amount of storage provided under the no-cost plan are all pretty tight. As someone running a small operation (or trying to scale), these restrictions became a real bottleneck for handling larger datasets. In practice, that forces me to consider upgrading to a paid plan which isn't always a realistic or affordable option for every user.

“easy customizable forms
Pros
Creating forms is really easy and I appreciate that there are so many customization options to pick from, I also get email notifications and can add extra recipients, plus there's an approval workflow, exportable reports and ongoing feature improvements.
Cons
Although I can organize forms into folders, the main dashboard still shows every form at once instead of displaying only the forms from a selected folder which can be a bit cluttered.

the biggest advantage of this tool is its unified ecosystem which makes it easy for me to gather client survey responses and use that feedback to improve service.
Cons
I do have one complaint, they haven't built a dedicated integration for one particular piece of software I rely on separately. I understand it's unrealistic to support every single app, so while it's a bit inconvenient for my workflow, everything else works flawlessly and I consider the product nearly perfect.

“Quick conditional forms builder
Pros
I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use, I can build a complete form in just a few minutes. I routinely set up conditional paths based on respondents' answers and I link the forms with external apps to assemble far more powerful workflows.
Cons
At the moment there aren't any drawbacks, it fits our requirements exactly and I couldn't ask for anything more.

Okay so.... I've been able to create very professional-looking forms in a very short amount of time and customer support has been excellent at helping and answering any issues.
