“Digital youth group forms

Pros

Creating surveys, emergency contact forms and camp registration pages has become ridiculously easy with this tool. It's incredibly simple and the integrations it offers are outstanding. In our youth group we stopped using paper emergency contact forms and moved everything online and parents were genuinely ecstatic. It was easy to build a form, send it to parents electronically and receive their completed submissions digitally. The convenience is unmatched, especially when a new student shows up without a parent or guardian, we just text them the link and have their form back within minutes. Everything is fully digital and I can pull up responses instantly through the tool's app. Now we rely on this tool in our children's department, use it to distribute multiple surveys each year and have even processed payments through it. Upgrading the subscription was really simple and their customer support has been quick to respond. Overall, I'm so glad I found this tool as a way to cut down on paper in the office and it's proven useful for a wide variety of projects!

Cons

Maybe I haven't found the right option yet but I dislike that this tool sends multiple email notifications whenever a form is submitted.

Wide range of templates has really simplified how I communicate and coordinate with customers. Because the software is so user-friendly, even someone new can confidently build forms without issue. Plus, the added integrations elevate the platform, making sure I have every tool required for effective communications.

Cons

One thing I don't like is the lack of options for adding grids or tables into my forms. Since we rely on this tool to gather a substantial amount of data, I would really appreciate that capability to make data entry and organization easier.

I'm impressed by how flexible it is. There are lots of different form input types, so I can gather many kinds of information. I also appreciate that it offers great data storage and a wide range of integrations which lets me work with my data in various ways whenever I need to.

Cons

That said, the built-in reporting and analysis features don't meet my needs. It's handy to have a table view for quick spot checks but whenever I want to dig deeper I end up exporting to CSV and using other tools for the real analysis.

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is that it's an all-in-one solution with a variety of features but what stands out most to me is the support team, they consistently provide excellent answers within just a couple of hours. I'm grateful for that!

Cons

I do have a problem with how conditions are set up in forms, whenever there are many conditional rules it can be quite tricky for me to configure them correctly and that sometimes complicates the process.

I also can't say I ever fully explored or leveraged all of its capabilities, getting the most out of it would have required me to invest extra effort on my own which I didn't manage to do.

Using this tool has been such a great alternative to WordPress form plugins that tend to bog down my site. The form builder is easy and really easy for me to work with overall and I appreciate the themes and customization options that let me style each form exactly how I want. I can quickly drop forms into my websites with their embed code which feels feasible for users. It's flexible, I can build any kind of form, run quizzes, add interactive elements, accept orders and hook up payment gateways without jumping through hoops. The collection of starter templates is also helpful, they spark ideas and clearly show what's possible with the platform. The free plan is surprisingly generous and didn't lock me out of core features, so I had plenty of space to test things before committing. Eventually I upgraded to a paid plan after getting hands-on with the features and seeing how useful the tool is for my business. Now I use it almost every day to create lots of quizzes and other forms.

Cons

I love basically everything about this platform except for the conditional logic. It's actually the main reason I rely on the service, yet the logic system itself isn't as simple as I'd expect. Setting up rules can be fiddly and when something doesn't behave how I thought it would, troubleshooting is often a frustrating guessing game. Another limitation that bugs me is how conditional logic doesn't work naturally with a single-page layout, I wish questions could simply show or hide on the same page based on responses instead of forcing users to move to the next card-style screen. That would feel much smoother.

Parents can easily sign up for conferences, pick times that work for them and avoid the back-and-forth with teachers which saves a lot of time and energy. I was absolutely blown away by the tech support as well, they got me the help I needed quickly, cheerfully and even provided screenshots to guide me through the steps. I honestly can't praise them enough.

Cons

The 100 sign-up limit per month is a real drawback. I found a tech glitch where the support team and I tried to register as checks and that accidentally consumed many of my free sign-ups. As a teacher, I can't afford to pay for the service once you pass the 100 threshold, so that was really disappointing.

When I add embed links to websites or other platforms, it works fine but I'd really like to see deeper integrations with other software so I could push form data directly into CRMs and similar systems. To be honest, that feature would be a dream rather than a deal-breaker, it's more of an ideal improvement than an actual complaint.

Getting the very first form up and running was somewhat fiddly and when I come back later it's not obvious how to jump to the section I need. Pages can be slow to load, the homepage layout feels cluttered to me and I often find myself guessing which link or button I should press.
