Pros
Having access to a free tier that allows up to five forms has been really helpful for me. It lets me fully explore the builder before upgrading and compared to other tools, it offers far more useful features without requiring payment upfront.
Cons
Over the many years I've used this tool and suggested it to numerous clients, I really haven't come across any aspects I dislike. My experience has been consistently positive, so there's nothing about it that I would criticize or wish to change.

Pros
I've gotten a lot of value from being able to customize forms so they capture every detail I need from clients. Keeping everything stored in one central place also makes it easy for me to revisit information whenever necessary.
Cons
One drawback I've run into with the platform is that approving some forms can be difficult and when I send emails to clients through the system those messages frequently end up in their spam folders which makes confirmations and follow-ups awkward.

One feature I found especially useful was setting a submission limit. While organizing district-wide teacher workshops with limited spots, that option made it easy to manage sign-ups and reuse forms without hassle.
Cons
One downside was I was limited to creating only five forms for free, though I get that they need to earn some revenue!

From my experience, this tool works particularly well for small and medium businesses that need simple forms to align daily tasks. Cons
We'd really like the white-label option to be part of the standard plans, because we want to use the product under our own branding for the long term.

Pros
What I love most is how responsive the platform feels. The wide range of widgets lets me build almost anything and the flexibility and integrations make managing and deploying forms smooth and efficient.
Cons

What I really appreciate is that I can customize the forms to match my business branding and setting one up is incredibly easy. It's basically a matter of choosing the fields I need, typing in the copy and publishing it. Whenever I have a new prospective client I can quickly send the required paperwork and even collect e-signatures which has made the whole process much more efficient for me.
Cons
I haven't found many real drawbacks with this tool up to now.

Pros
For over fifteen years I've depended on this tool and have seen it steadily grow into the impressive company it is today. It's very user-friendly and updates come often, introducing substantial new features and functions that genuinely boost productivity. Personally, the workflow feature is my favorite part of the whole experience.
Cons

“Contract management alternative to DocuSign
Pros
We rely on Job Form instead of DocuSign to send every contract for review. I really appreciate that we can control the signing sequence, it's easy to check the paperwork and it even auto-detects fields. We've also deployed Job Form for complex form workflows and the API is invaluable for connecting with our internal backend databases in production.
Cons
It would be great if I could swap out PDFs after a sign form has been created, rather than having to rebuild an entire sign form from scratch if a small, simple change needs to be made to the underlying PDF document.

The form builder is very simple to use and offers a good range of question types, letting us gather the data we need effectively.
Cons
What frustrates me is that removing a single question erases all past responses tied to it, so we're forced to hide questions instead of truly deleting them which is irritating. Also, the options for fonts, text styling and visual design are really weak, so the forms look dull, and when they're uninspiring people just won't complete them.

For my classes, this tool is essential for letting students pick presentation topics and schedule times on a first-come, first-served basis. Building the questionnaire is easy, gathering replies is hassle-free and I rely on it every time a new unit begins. It works well both in live lessons and offline teaching.
Cons
When a submission is made incorrectly, I not only have to remove it from the Excel form but I also must empty the waste bin so that the previously chosen option becomes reactive and can be selected again (this impacts the calendar reservation and choose-from-list features).

What stands out is how easy it is to build a form, our team has already rolled out five across the company, each taking very little time to set up.
Cons
My coworkers who complete the forms keep complaining that they sometimes lose everything they've entered before they submit which is causing a lot of frustration. We've tried multiple approaches to diagnose and fix the issue but I still haven't been able to identify a solution or reliable workaround.

Getting started was simple and I really like that links refresh instantly so everyone sees updates right away. Finished forms can also be routed to different managers for review and approval which is very convenient.
Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve initially when I set up the approval flows but after I figured it out the drag-and-drop interface became simple and simple to use.

Pros
Building a custom form is really easy. I can define which calendar days are selectable and which are blocked. Gathering responses and exporting to Excel is convenient and email notifications help me track progress and follow up.
Cons
It's not free once you exceed a larger number of users, if I remember correctly it kicks in after about eighty people. That said, I still like the interface overall and find the design pleasant and easy to navigate.

Using this tool, I set up an automated Student Help Desk where each form triggers its own automations. This completely eliminated emails and repetitive tasks.
Cons
I'd love to see Tags and Comments integrated into the mobile app and on top of that I'd appreciate being able to access and view archived items directly within the app.

Paper forms were quickly converted into digital versions which made our work so much easier. I was even able to build a custom app for phones, transforming how we operate and converted every equipment inspection checklist into a digital format.
Cons
My lone problem is that we've found intermittent server outages lately which has been frustrating when trying to access the app during busy periods.
