“Service forms easy to share
Pros
As a small business owner in the service industry, I've found this app to be incredibly useful, it let me build a client profile form and a service waiver that I can EASILY text or email to customers. It's fast, easy and surprisingly affordable for everything it delivers. On top of that, it cuts down a TON of paper use. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough!
Cons
The annual membership fee isn't exactly cheap but in my experience it's a worthwhile investment for what you get.

“great marketing forms
Pros
From a business perspective, Jotfrom has been an outstanding tool for us. I rely on it for my marketing efforts to build sign-up and quick forms when coordinating with vendors. I genuinely appreciate how simple it is to tweak and customize forms on the fly and most elements are drag-and-drop which speeds things up. I'm especially thankful that I could embed forms directly on our website, very little to no HTML knowledge is required which saved us the expense of hiring a developer. The free/open-source version is already very capable, though we'll be upgrading soon to handle a larger number of entries. Whenever I make changes to a form, those updates appear almost immediately on our site in real time!
Cons
I don't have many complaints about this tool, my only wish is that the entire platform were free, though I know that's not realistic.

“Event attendee forms made simple
Pros
this app was incredibly simple to work with and let me build a shareable form for event attendees. Updating the form when our requirements shifted was easy and sending it out via a link was effortless. That ease made it simple to plug into our linktree pages, event emails and social channels. Connecting the form to the project management tool we use also allowed us to append records to our volunteer database which significantly improved our internal coordination. As a small nonprofit, we really valued how capable the free tier is for what we needed. It's become a dependable part of our toolkit.
Cons
Even though this service is great for making forms, while I was building one I sometimes wanted more control over design and spacing. For example, the option to nudge modules would be useful. That capability might be part of the paid plan but I'm not sure because we use the free tier.

“Flexible all-in-one platform
Pros
For my needs, this platform is extremely comprehensive and gives me plenty of options to customize things, plus their customer support is great. Whenever I need to build a form, I'm confident I can get it done with this service. I prefer not to subscribe to several tools that only do a few things. Being able to create flexible forms, accept payments and tailor those forms exactly how I want has been hugely useful for our organization.
Cons
I can't really point to any major flaws so far, although I would certainly appreciate a lower price.

“Team-friendly form notifications
Pros
What I really appreciate about this tool is how simple it makes building forms for my team to complete, it triggers an email notification whenever someone submits a response and I can instantly view and work with the collected data as soon as it's received.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything about this app that bothers me or that I would change right now.

“End-to-end data collection & payments
Pros
This platform is my go-to for collecting custom information because it handles just about everything I need. The possibilities feel endless, capturing detailed data, obtaining electronic signatures, accepting payments and generating reports in PDF, Excel and other formats. It can also run calculations automatically and trigger follow-up emails. My team relies on it for event registrations, expense tracking, payroll, mileage logs, surveys and equipment agreements. The customization is excellent, letting me tweak each form to ask exactly the right questions and hide unnecessary ones. While the learning curve can be steep, customer service is very responsive and hundreds of videos and templates make setup faster. Payments can be routed through Square, PayPal and other platforms. The free version is a great way to start, with upgrades available for nonprofits and paid plans.
Cons
Depending on how elaborate my form needs to be, I can run into a bit of a learning curve trying to set everything up. Support is available and helpful when that happens. Aside from that, using the tool at scale requires paying for a plan but in my experience the cost is justified.

Pros
Customizing and branding forms to match my style has been a huge plus. I can gather information, add widgets, capture signatures and take payments all in one place. Instant notifications and a mobile app make the workflow feasible.
Cons
When using the free account, I notice the allotted upload space disappears very quickly and I often run out of storage before I expect to.

The wide range of free tools is invaluable for me, especially for a small nonprofit. It's simple to adopt, deploy and connect without extra cost.
Cons
A downside for me is that the free plan only allows you to have five active forms at a time which feels quite restrictive for our needs.

There's a ton of customization available, so I can build forms for almost any need. These forms help keep communication flowing between staff and management throughout the day.
Cons
Occasionally I run into glitches where a submitted form appears in the analytics but never reaches my email which is frustrating. I also notice instability when I'm rearranging fields or sections during form design, it can act unpredictably.

Setup was fast and the interface feels simple. Configuring signatures, generating documents and managing entries is simple and the forms are customizable. I like that capturing signatures is easy and data collection has been flawless.
Cons
I'd love the option to add more users to paid plans without being forced into an enterprise tier, that limitation is frustrating for smaller organizations and groups like ours that don't have big budgets. It took me a fair amount of effort to strip all of this tool's branding from our forms but once I finished that process everything ran flawlessly. I would also appreciate an 'email confirmation' step when someone enters their email on the forms.

While leading product development teams, I relied on this tool heavily and found it outperformed Adobe in many ways. Its easy design stands out, making it simple to create fully customized registration forms. The widgets let me tailor each piece of content, upgrade and downgrade options make budgeting easier and built-in calculations automate tedious tasks. Reshaping forms without losing functionality is impressive.
Cons
That said, I did run into a few issues. Occasionally forms would glitch and fail to submit, returning error messages and this seemed to happen more often in Chrome. The autosave feature would sometimes freeze as well, forcing me to reload the page to continue working.

This tool is extremely easy to use and integrates smoothly into websites and WordPress. I can tailor forms exactly how I want and conditional formatting options are very useful. PDF signing is included which was a huge convenience. I've been using it for forms almost since it first appeared and it's a great, reliable tool.
Cons
To be honest, nothing comes to mind that I dislike about it, I truly can't think of a single negative to list.

For my tattooing business, this form has been a lifesaver. It stores all client details in one spot, reduces email back-and-forth and the support team responds quickly whenever needed.
Cons
I've noticed the form can be finicky about which browser I use to open it, so I sometimes have to try a different one to get it to load properly.

Data collection and presentation are dramatically simplified with this tool. I appreciate that forms are attractive, mobile-responsive and reporting tools showcase information clearly.
Cons
There's not much to complain about, this is easily the best form builder I've found. If I had to point out one improvement, it would be broader and deeper integrations with third-party apps and services. Some users (including myself) may discover that their preferred connections are missing, or that certain integrations offer only limited functionality compared to what you'd expect.

With its user-friendly interface and numerous features, this tool has been incredibly helpful for intake and analysis of my team. Exporting data to spreadsheets has completely improved how I manage and review collected information.
Cons
One thing I find confusing is adding multiple-choice options on a form, it's not very simple. The fact that you only add a new option by pressing 'enter' to jump to the next line isn't something that felt obvious to me.

Overall, I find the app really easy to use thanks to a clean, simple interface and I like that it connects smoothly with other platforms, including autoresponders such as ActiveCampaign. When I ran a stall at an expo, I even used it on my phone to build a signup form for competition entries and it worked flawlessly.
Cons
the customization feels a bit awkward and clunky to me, that might just be my own lack of technical confidence rather than a real flaw in the product.
