“Fast, fun client info collection
Pros
Over the past months, this tool has become indispensable in my day-to-day work when it comes to collecting information from clients. Rather than relying on outdated, slow approaches, I now rely on this platform to make things much easier for the people I work with. Its simple layout, extensive selection of customizable templates and simple drag-and-drop functionality have turned building forms, surveys and questionnaires into something both fun and productive. It's an excellent solution that really speeds up data collection. I love it!
Cons
I can't come up with any features I dislike about it.

This tool is perfectly suited for building and deploying easy data-collection apps. When issues pop up, I can quickly reach out and get fast help from customer support. It comes packed with plenty of neat capabilities which is why it ranks among my favorite software tools that I turn to frequently. As an extra perk, I can easily connect it to many third-party apps through several integration options!
Cons
Uploading large datasets to populate dropdown lists isn't possible yet, though I've been told the team is actively working on a solution.

“School fundraising made simple
Pros
I find it a clear, easy way to list fundraising items and student projects for sale to our school community. It's really simple for me to fill out the required form, easy for buyers to see what we're offering and easy to collect and make sense of customer orders.
Cons
It would be far more useful if a built-in payment option were included, as I would use it more frequently for our department.

Honestly, this tool makes it really easy to gather everything I need for events. I can capture event details, manage staff sign-ups and collect post-event surveys all in one place. They're constantly rolling out new components that integrate with other platforms which really simplifies things. I end up using it almost every day, either designing forms or analyzing the data it produces.
Cons
A downside I've experienced is that forms can't be transferred between accounts. I had to recreate a form myself that a colleague originally built which was time-consuming and frustrating.

Creating forms with this tool is easy and I can easily tailor them to suit our business needs. One thing I really like is being able to share a link and then receive the completed form back with a PDF attached. The protected sections for sensitive information are essential for us as a service provider, since they help us meet HIPAA and NHS requirements. Support is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful and my clients find the forms simple to use and submit. Overall, it helps me keep our records up to date.
Cons
Overall, I really haven't found anything I dislike, the tool fits my needs well, even though I don't use every feature available.

Pros
I appreciate that this tool gives me the ability to have documents signed electronically, to accept and process payments and to integrate smoothly with a range of other products and services I use.
Cons
For events, there's no way for attendees to enroll in payment plans which I find limiting. While e-signatures are supported, I haven't seen an option for file uploads with a DocuSign-style workflow.

I'm a big fan of this tool because it's incredibly easy to use, letting me build custom forms without any hassle. Its easy setup makes it a practical pick whether I'm just getting started or have a lot of experience. Since the interface is so simple, I turn to it regularly across different departments and projects. It also offers a very rich set of capabilities that help me craft forms that match our exact needs. On top of that, connecting it with other apps and platforms is simple which aligns how I collect and manage data.
Cons
The free tier feels restrictive at times and I wish exporting data were more easy since I often need to pull datasets quickly.

For me, being able to accept payments directly within the form is really convenient.

many form submissions end up in spam folders which I find inconvenient.

1. Like a lot of other apps, I appreciate that signing in with my Google account is an option. 2. I'm a fan of how simple it is to pick a ready-made template or design one from scratch. 3. I also appreciate being able to insert many different kinds of elements, I can even upload forms whenever it's necessary. 4. Several widgets, such as the e-signature, are incredibly easy to find and drop into my projects. 5. One thing I find especially useful is that I can mark a form as "private," so respondents aren't forced to register for this service when they fill out the survey.
Cons
Although it's a minor problem because I'm on the free tier, the submission limit can be annoying. Still, I plan to upgrade to a paid plan to remove that restriction because the tool is so useful.

Additionally, we rely on it to manage our school's merchandise sales, parents can make simple payments that are deposited directly into our business account. All told, our team uses this system multiple times throughout the day, it's genuinely transformed how we operate and feels like a game changer for any business.
Cons
Sometimes glitches occur. I've seen errors when downloading attachments, requiring a sign-out and sign-in and the PayPal Business integration occasionally needs reauthentication. These issues happen rarely, maybe twice a year.

For our team, the biggest strength of this tool is how incredibly simple it is to use. I find it extremely user-friendly, so even people without much technical know-how can easily build, tweak and maintain forms. That easyness has transformed how we work, cutting down on time and trimming away unnecessary complexity. Because of its clear, simple interface, we can put together polished, professional forms without touching any code. Honestly, it's a total game-changer for us!
Cons
That said, I still think this is a strong platform for building forms and surveys but I have noticed a potential downside, some of the higher-end features and third-party integrations can be harder to pick up, so people who are new to creating forms or who need advanced, complex setups might face a steeper learning curve.

Okay so.... I really enjoy using this app because building online forms for my customers is super easy. The tools are simple to work with and I especially appreciate that I can add my own images directly into a form which makes customization much easier.
Cons
From my perspective, this is an excellent product that serves our small business really well and I honestly haven't come across any aspects of the forms that I dislike or would want to change.

I've found this tool incredibly simple to use and tweak to my needs. It suits multiple kinds of businesses and was easy to set up which made rolling it out convenient. My clients find it very useful for scheduling appointments for my business and a large majority of them now prefer booking through this tool rather than doing it the old-fashioned way over email.
Cons
One drawback I've noticed is that you can't completely change the visual look of the tool. That doesn't bother me personally but if someone needs the interface to match their brand 100%, they might feel let down by the limited styling options and the overall appearance may not fully align with their aesthetic expectations.

Pros
I'm really fond of this tool because it's incredibly easy to use. I also appreciate that once someone fills out your form, the system can automatically save a PDF version of the submission into a designated Google Drive folder for you.
Cons

“Drag-and-drop field setup
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to drag and drop a variety of field types into my form and I also value that nearly every kind of option comes prebuilt so I don't have to create them from scratch.
Cons
On the flip side, what bothers me most is the ongoing cost to use the form and the substantial amount of storage it requires which I find excessive and adds another layer of expense and hassle for my projects.

Pros
One thing I really like is that the forms can be created and opened in separate windows so I can see how they'll look. I also appreciate that the documents are fully editable, so I can add or remove items anytime I need to. Overall, it's awesome.
Cons
My main problem is with how the alerts function. It's really frustrating that I don't get notified when someone submits a form, so I have no way of knowing when responses come in. For some reason, the notifications just won't reach me.

I'm really impressed by how customizable the forms are and I find fixing submission errors easy, plus there's a spreadsheet-style archive for all submissions
Cons
Attachments can be flaky sometimes and I have to redistribute the app link to users after every form revision, the approval flow was also confusing for me to set up
