“simple platform for clients
Pros
What I really appreciate is how simple and user-friendly the platform feels, the forms are laid out in a easy way that clients can easily complete. I've been able to share the link across a variety of social channels and people fill everything out without trouble so I can respond to them promptly.
Cons
At the moment I don't have any complaints, there isn't anything I need to change or update.

“User-friendly dashboard experience
Pros
I've really been impressed with this tool's user interface. The way it lets me gather data and move around the dashboard is super easy, so I find it very user-friendly.
Cons
My biggest frustration is the mobile app, it just doesn't deliver the same smooth experience I get on the website. The app is missing many of the features I rely on and isn't nearly as easy to use which makes managing my forms from my phone a real hassle. For me, this often slows down my workflow when I'm away from my computer.

“Powerful drag-and-drop logic
Pros
I find this platform extremely approachable and simple to learn. I particularly appreciate the drag-and-drop interface, plus the fact that I can hook up spreadsheets and build conditional logic, those features give it real power, especially when I'm handling registrations. I've only used it for signing people up but around here it's the go-to for Model UN events and in my experience it performs that role reliably.
Cons
As a high school student, the free tier's restrictions really cause me problems because I can't afford to upgrade. I'm capped at just 100 submissions per month which forced me to swap out the registration link for my school's Model UN conference several times. Having to juggle multiple forms made keeping track of and organizing responses a frustrating and time-consuming hassle to manage.

“Simple employee reimbursement forms
Pros
At our company we've been using this platform as the way for employees to file reimbursement claims. We find it meets our needs, offering a pretty easy method for uploading receipts, adding a short description and assigning a category to each claim. After approvals are completed, the system keeps a clear record of transactions that I often go back to for reference. The rollout wasn't overly complicated and once everything was set up, staff were able to start using the system without much fuss.
Cons
We've found numerous issues with the approval notification emails failing to send at all which has caused delays and confusion among approvers and requesters alike. On top of that, there have been intermittent glitches in other parts of the approval workflow, for example, one request was legitimately approved and even showed as approved when I clicked into it, yet the system continued to label it as 'Pending' for many weeks after. My other problem is the sheer number of marketing emails this tool sends us, most of which are irrelevant to our team's needs.

“Drag-and-drop form builder
Pros
As someone who isn't a developer, I love how easy this is, it's very simple and super easy to use, yet it still offers a wide selection of genuinely useful form elements for building forms. Everything is drag-and-drop so I don't need to write a single line of code and even so I can put together an attractive, dynamic and playful form in no time. For example, when I need a basic wedding registration form it takes me only about 10-15 minutes before the form is live and working. Give it a try, there is a free tier for limited use. Because of its simplicity and ease I recommend this tool to anyone.
Cons
Exporting to CSV sometimes fails for me. I'm not entirely sure whether the problem is with my Mac or with the tool's CSV export functionality but the CSV download doesn't always complete or contain the expected data. On the other hand, exporting to XLSX has always worked reliably for me, so I use that format when I need a consistent export.

“Admission forms with payment
Pros
At our school, we rely on this tool to build our Admission Application. It's really easy to put together a form that includes every piece of information we need from parents and it also lets us accept payment directly within the application form. The interface is simple to navigate, so I can smoothly add the sections I want to include. Beyond admissions, I use the same platform to design other forms we need throughout the year, such as event ticket sales. We end up using that form multiple times a year. This consistency saves us time and reduces errors when collecting information across different grade levels and events.
Cons
I wish the embedded forms blended in more naturally with my website, right now it's obvious they're coming from an external service. That visual disconnect makes it feel less integrated with our pages. It might be down to the fact we're on the most basic plan, so maybe upgrading would make them look native.

“Flexible platform with extensive integrations
Pros
this is by far the best online form-building platform I've used. It runs smoothly on any device and is extremely flexible. One of the biggest advantages, in my view, is that it's much more than a simple form creator, it genuinely helps align and improve business processes by automating them. The platform connects with a huge range of other apps, whether I'm pushing data into a Google Sheet, importing records into a CRM, or wiring information into a workflow system, the integrations seem endless. Building forms is easy and when I need something a bit more advanced the support team is outstanding. My help requests get answered quickly and they usually include step-by-step instructions and even a video that shows exactly how to get the result I'm after.
Cons
Honestly can't find anything I actively dislike about the product. My only tiny problem is having to manually remove the vendor's logo from notification emails so they look cleaner.

“Trusted long-term form solution
Pros
I've been using this tool since I was hunting for an alternative to Wufoo forms back in 2014 and after trying it I stuck with it. Ever since that time, I've created a paid account for this service at every company I've worked for and relied on it regularly.
Cons
Lately customers have been reporting to me that when they hit the submit button, the form simply doesn't submit which has been happening across multiple browsers and devices. After digging into it, I found that the embedded signature form component is triggering the failure.

“easy client consultations
Pros
Since COVID I began using it for client consultations. It's really easy for all of my clients to use and retrieving the information they submit in the questionnaires is quick and simple. I find myself recommending it often to learners enrolled in our courses.
Cons
One annoying issue I've run into is that although the plan allows a certain number of form completions each month, the quota doesn't reset at the start of the next month, it stays capped even after I've deleted previous submissions.

“Centralized form storage
Pros
I find this tool incredibly easy to use and it's really simple to send forms out to our clients. Everything is stored in a single location which makes accessing and keeping records really simple and convenient.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across any real drawbacks. There isn't anything I dislike at the moment and I've been using this tool for several years now.

“Easy platform rollout and integration
Pros
At StoryWeaver, after evaluating several similar tools, we chose this one and put it into use on our platform. It was easy for us to pick up and roll out quickly. The forms look and feel great and the integration was simple, it genuinely checked the boxes we needed, from multiple-choice question support to inserting audio help and even image-based answer selections, among other features. Customer support responds pretty quickly and we typically get timely replies when we reach out.
Cons
stability isn't perfect yet. From time to time we've hit problems where an API behavior changed and our forms stopped functioning. The support team did help resolve those problems but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages before things were sorted. On occasion a form would suddenly throw an error and then, strangely, it would fix itself without us doing anything.

“Paper-to-digital form conversion
Pros
Using this tool made it easy for us to move away from paper by converting our existing forms into digital ones. After converting, we published those digital forms on our website so our clients can easily submit their details without spending lots of time handwriting everything. The reduced processing time for submitted forms has saved us considerable time which we now redirect into serving our clients better. In addition, our staff complete any employment-related paperwork digitally too which aligned internal processes and reduced manual handling.
Cons
I'd like to see more options for customizing the form's layout so I can control exactly how it looks to the end user on different devices.

“Powerful forms with app integrations
Pros
Personally, I've found it to be an incredibly powerful platform for creating forms. It offers so many elements you can add to your forms that I often feel spoiled for choice. I also appreciate being able to connect my forms to other apps like Google Drive, I use that integration frequently. I like that I can direct users through different paths by splitting forms into various fields and sections. The customer support was excellent when I tested it with my own project and I really liked their help.
Cons
there isn't any feature of this tool that I dislike, overall I haven't found an aspect that bothers me and I feel satisfied with how it works.

“Wide variety of form types
Pros
For me, I really appreciate the wide range of form types I can build for so many purposes, whether it's for different projects at work or even things at home. What impresses me most is the ability to convert any form into a smartphone app, that capability is outstanding.
Cons
I've noticed the tool can be a bit finicky when I'm trying to upload or send photos through a form. It seems like only some pictures make it through while others fail to display or upload properly, although I suspect a weak mobile signal might be the culprit.

“Fast sharing via QR and links
Pros
I'm really impressed by how easy and user-friendly this is, everything's reachable so fast and without fuss and I especially appreciate the ability to share or publish content via a QR code or a direct link. For example, I often leave the QR code on the final slide of my presentation deck and immediately collect feedback and opt-ins which has been incredibly useful for engaging my audience.
Cons
So far I haven't run into anything I didn't find useful or enjoy, honestly, there's nothing about it that I wouldn't use.

“Efficient school admin forms
Pros
We appreciate the wide range of features that cover all of our school's administrative needs. Our team can collect form submissions from prospective families and also email digital paperwork to current families without any hassle. It's really efficient!
Cons
there's very little I dislike. My main problem is that when I convert an uploaded file into an e-sign document, I can't remove or insert individual pages, there's no way to delete or add single pages within the whole file.

“Powerful yet easy to use tool
Pros
It is remarkably powerful given how easy it is to operate. I like that interface is clean and simple, a rarity among competitors. Features like conditional logic, HIPAA compliance and numerous third-party integrations are only a handful of the capabilities that make this product truly stand out for everyday use.
Cons
From my experience support feels somewhat dense and I frequently have to repeat my question multiple times before they grasp what I'm asking. Also, several advanced form fields don't provide enough customization options.

“Versatile data collection
Pros
I've been able to use this tool across most of our initiatives, from gathering feedback surveys, tracking team accountability and managing event registrations, all the way to coordinating internal projects. Being able to view all responses laid out in a spreadsheet is a fantastic bonus that makes organizing the data much easier.
Cons
One limitation I ran into is that the free tier only accepts a limited number of responses before forcing you to upgrade to a paid plan. I've also seen my forms get deleted or archived when they try to block certain types of information they consider unacceptable which has cost me time.

“Multi-stage workflow automation
Pros
I really appreciate that the platform aggregates data from survey takers, lets respondents sign forms, can auto-send emails when a form is completed to support multi-stage workflows, allows linking between forms and makes it easy for me to download submissions.
Cons
More often than not, I'm stuck re-uploading my organization's logo after I publish which gets annoying. I also need to learn how to use more of the integration capabilities that could eliminate a lot of repetitive work but I'm unsure where to find clear guidance to build that knowledge.

“Centralized data management
Pros
I like having all my data in one place, with the ability to export and share it. The product is simple for users and admins alike and I appreciate payments.
Cons
It bugs me that I have to click the tool's main logo in the upper-left corner every time I want to look up a different form. Since I frequently jump between various forms, this extra step becomes annoying. I'd also welcome a weighted grading option so certain questions can count more than others, presented in a user-friendly way. Another improvement would be letting this act like a Google Form, where I could permit others to edit a table if I choose.
