“Flexible and secure forms
Pros
What I like most is that it offers a wide range of options to build a form exactly how you want and need and I find it very secure and effective for spotting fatigue and helping prevent accidents.
Cons
I'd really appreciate a feature that provides a score based on the type of form and the questions I include, because that would let me evaluate my team's performance, track trends over time and clearly see which specific skills or processes need extra reinforcement and training.

“Fast publishing with payments
Pros
Creating online forms is fast and I can publish them right away, what I love most about this service is how simple it makes publishing. I also have the option to add payment collection to any form so I can accept registration fees directly. I build registration forms regularly with this platform and find it easy to design and push forms live. The website's interface is clean and very easy for me to navigate and I can tweak form layouts and styles as needed. Compared with other form builders I've tried, this one includes a wider range of features.
Cons
Not a con but I've noticed a significant restriction on how many forms I can create and there's also a cap on the number of submissions I can receive. It would be much better if the submission limits could be raised or removed entirely and I would prefer a simple basic subscription option instead of the current multi-tiered pricing structure.

Pros
Using it, I'm able to design my survey prompts so they gather the exact information I need which helps me achieve the best outcomes from respondents completing the polls and questionnaires. I find this product easier to use than other options on the market.
Cons
So far, given what I use it for, I haven't experienced any failures or shortcomings from this tool. Right now it gives me all the data-collection capabilities I require. If my requirements shift down the road, I'll be in a better position to offer more detailed feedback.

“Wide range of free templates
Pros
Besides being free, there's such a wide range of no-cost templates that I can always find something that fits. It's a lifesaver for people like me who are pressed for time and I really appreciate being able to send a simple link to clients so they can fill things out, that feature makes the whole process 100% better. I always tell anyone who runs a business to try this tool.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of a single fault with this app, it has never caused me any issues and I'll keep recommending it to others whenever I can.

Pros
For my business, it's incredibly versatile. I find a lot of different uses for it and I really appreciate how easy it is to use because I can quickly assemble a form for just about anything.
Cons
I'd find it extremely helpful if I could embed the form directly on my website. There might already be an option for that but it's not clear to me how to do it. A step-by-step tutorial or a clear guide would really solve this and make things much easier.

“simple automations and approvals

We heavily rely on the built-in automations and approval workflows, they get used constantly. I also find the backend data tools simple and genuinely useful for our needs. After abandoning Google Sheets, we switched to this platform and have been consistently using these features for the past couple of years with real satisfaction.
Cons
Sometimes I find jumping between forms, tables and approval screens feels a bit awkward and not as smooth as I'd like. I'd also appreciate more affordable options for shared accounts or logins, because current pricing makes adding extra users feel prohibitively expensive.

“Highly adaptable platform
Pros
After using this tool for nearly a decade, I've found it incredibly versatile and sturdy. Almost any solution you can think up can be built with it. If I can picture a workflow or feature, I can usually bring it to life inside this platform.
Cons
Because this tool pushes a lot of new innovations, I do encounter the occasional minor bug. I'm willing to put up with that since overall the product is heading the right way and their responsive support team does a great job of smoothing out any issues we run into.

“easy appointment scheduling tool
Pros
the feature I rely on most is the appointment scheduler, it lets me control the number of slots per day and mark the exact days I want to take off. I had a lot of trouble finding other forms like this that were so easy for both me and my customers who place orders.
Cons
Sometimes I find the layout a little difficult to navigate on mobile devices, though aside from that minor issue I think the app works really well!

Pros
For our business, this platform has been easy to work with for handling orders, event registrations and more. I appreciate that it offers a wide range of customizable form options to suit different needs. My customers also haven't found any problems using the system.
Cons
I'd love to see a "remaining quantity" feature added for item sales. It would also be helpful if I could take a deposit up front and then adjust the order's final total later on. Because we sell beef by the pound, those capabilities would align things for us, our current setup works but having this would simplify the process considerably.

“Extra features beyond form building
Pros
I'm really impressed that it comes with so many extra features beyond just forms. We bought it for form building originally but now we regularly use the e-signature tool, the PDF editor and the app builder. It's saved us from having to purchase and integrate three or four different tools.
Cons
there's nothing specific to complain about, up to now I haven't found anything that has caused us significant headaches or major problems.

“User-friendly lunch order forms
Pros
Using this tool has been incredibly user-friendly. I managed to put together a lunch order form for my monthly group meetings really fast and by connecting it to Google Sheets it automatically aggregates my lunch requests for me. After that, I'm able to sort the entries and/or email the compiled order.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across any real drawbacks with the tool. However, I'd like an option so my menu selections don't have to include the lunch descriptions in the linked Google Sheet. I'm under the impression a hover feature is in development and hopefully that will cut down on the amount of editing I need to do on the Excel sheet before I send it to the restaurant.

“Easy donation inquiry forms
Pros
I loved the tool because it gave inquiries a place to leave their information instead of having to handle everything through emails and phone calls. It's excellent as a link on my website for donation requests since we received 3-4 a week and it was really hard to organize and track. I would recommend this tool!
Cons
As a company, the only downfall is the free account doesn't allow for many design options and you need to work around it. We still use it no more than 1-2 forms. I understand paid features are better but we wish it offered a little more creative design-wise overall.

“Online and physical forms with protection

For our organization, being able to build both online and physical forms has been an enormous help. The option to password-protect those forms gives us choices for residents we simply didn't have before. Plus, pulling reports from the submitted forms makes it fast to generate the data we need regularly for reporting and analysis.
Cons
My main problem is that there isn't a paid plan that fits our specific needs right now which is a bit frustrating. Beyond that issue, I find the tool incredibly easy to use and it performs really well for everything we require.

What I love about this tool is its simplicity and the fact that it lets me build something for virtually any occasion, business-related or personal. I also really enjoy being able to be as inventive as I want with it, since it gives me plenty of room for creativity and experimentation when designing.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any major complaints, everything seems to work really well. You can share forms via a link, invite others, or publish them publicly. Maybe the interface or the available formats could be a bit more simple for someone with no tech background, as clearer guidance on how the tool works would be helpful.

After I create them, the forms are simple to update and maintain. They look polished and professional and I can pull the data out in several different formats.
Cons
I'd love the option to edit the form's link so it displays something like 'Monthly report' instead of a long http address, I feel that would help me more easily organize and identify the different reports I request people to submit.

I find this tool really easy to use and whenever I have a question their customer support has been fantastic. There are loads of choices for building different kinds of questions and I also like how simple it is to set up conditional logic so the form skips questions that don't apply to everyone. The response table (the spreadsheet) that gathers all answers is clean, easy to read and simple to work with. I can share that sheet with colleagues who need to view responses without giving them form-editing rights.
Cons
I don't have any complaints right now. The interface is very user-friendly and I can put together every form I require without trouble. For my needs it performs excellently and feels like a really great product.

Using the signed documents feature in this tool has totally transformed the way I deal with contracts. I had been trying to move away from paper contracts but wasn't clear on the best approach. After doing some research I discovered that I could upload my agreements into the system and have my customers sign them digitally. That change has significantly smoothed out my workflow and I found the whole process simple and simple to learn.
Cons
I'd like to be able to send more signed documents each month while on the free plan. As a small business, committing to a paid subscription is pretty expensive for me, so I'm trying to stick with the free tier. It would be great if the service offered something like twenty free signed documents per month which would make managing occasional client contracts much easier without upgrading.
