“Template-based workflow automation
Pros
I really appreciate how this platform has simplified our data collection workflow. With such a broad selection of templates, I was able to put together forms for everything from client feedback to internal employee surveys without any hassle. The drag-and-drop editor made personalizing each form feel effortless and we matched our branding exactly the way we wanted. On top of that, connecting it to the other apps we rely on, like Google Sheets and Zapier, has cut down a huge amount of manual work by automating the data syncing.
Cons
We did run into a bit of a learning curve when we started trying out some of the more advanced capabilities, such as setting up payment processing, it took trial and error before everything was configured correctly. There was also one occasion where a form didn't display properly on a mobile device which was frustrating. Fortunately, the support team responded quickly and walked us through the troubleshooting steps until the problem was resolved.

“simple online forms for business
Pros
This tool makes creating online forms and surveys incredibly easy. I was able to quickly put together tailored contact forms, registration pages and customer surveys for my small business website without touching a line of code. The drag-and-drop form builder feels very simple but still includes powerful options such as conditional logic, calculated fields and connections to popular apps for data syncing. I appreciate that there's a free plan so I could try it out before committing to a paid tier for more submissions. My forms look clean and work well on mobile devices. The built-in analytics give useful visibility into who's using the forms and how they convert. All in all, this has become my go-to tool for launching feature-packed forms fast and I'd strongly recommend it to any business.
Cons
I do think the pricing becomes steep if you need more than the basic free plan, upgrades climb in cost quickly when your usage grows. There's a noticeable learning curve when creating complex forms, the builder is user-friendly for basic tasks but some of the advanced capabilities take a while to fully understand. Occasionally the forms load or submit slowly, especially during busy periods, so they can feel sluggish under peak traffic. The free plan only allows 100 submissions per month which I reached sooner than I expected and makes it easy to outgrow the plan if your site gets more visitors. Styling options are also limited, I wanted more control and found the CSS editing tools restrictive for customizing form appearance.

“User-friendly form responses
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use, it's very user-friendly and I loved how easy it was to build a form. Finding my form responses was simple and the tool automatically arranged them into a readable spreadsheet that I could review without any hassle.
Cons
I wished the app would send me more alerts when activity occurred. Initially I received a notification when a parent signed up for a conference via the form but over time those notifications stopped and I ended up having to check the form myself every day to catch any updates.

“Efficient batch submission management
Pros
I've found this platform to be an excellent pick when I'm dealing with large batches of submissions that each need individual parsing and review. The Inbox view keeps everything organized and easy to work through and the range of customization options is impressively comprehensive.
Cons
Generally, I don't reach for this service when I only want to run a quick survey to collect contact details or rapidly parse a few responses. Building forms can take quite a bit of time and I noticed certain settings, like the display name for your browser, are tucked away several layers deep in the setup.

For our team, this platform has been incredibly approachable and has genuinely helped simplify the way we handle day-to-day tasks. We've used it to give clients a clear, structured way to express their needs and its simplicity is a big reason we keep coming back. I've been able to build and tweak forms to match very specific requirements and we collect data that turns into useful reports without a steep learning curve. The system has become a valuable intermediary, helping properties explain their needs clearly and letting us accurately track product movement so we can give meaningful feedback to our clients. I'm eager to see this tool continue to grow and add new features, because each improvement could make our workflows even smoother. When I look at the bigger picture, this solution fits our needs well, its easy design and overall efficiency make up for the occasional hiccup and it still plays an important role in our everyday operations.
Cons
Not a con but I've run into a few annoying glitches along the way. The biggest issues were losing fairly large amounts of form data at times and having automation workflows break or act unpredictably. Those moments were frustrating and they forced us to rebuild a form and re-establish the automation links to get things back to normal. In the end we managed to recover and reconfigure the setup but those interruptions were definitely a headache.

“Quick and eco-friendly forms
Pros
We really like this tool because it's easy to use and it lets us request service sheets from clients much more quickly while being more environmentally friendly, plus, anyone can access and fill out our forms without barriers.
Cons
I don't like that the user setup is so restricted, right now there's only a single administrator account, and I really hope they expand the number of allowed users soon, on top of that, customer support can be slow to respond when issues come up which frustrates me.

Overall, this platform feels very user-friendly and provides a wide selection of templates to pick from, or I can build and tailor forms to match my company's requirements. The simple form builder makes it easy to edit and update any form. I can easily monitor submitted responses and apply filters to generate reports or dive into data analysis. It's possible to pre-fill forms automatically or manually to save time. I also can share forms with colleagues and appreciate the strong collaboration and data-analysis features.
Cons
pricing could be more affordable and I wish the product supported integration with Clio Grow. Beyond that, I'd prefer if the approval workflow were offered in the free tier rather than being limited to paid plans.

“Nonprofit application forms simplified
Pros
It is really useful because it lets us build application forms for our programs. As a small nonprofit with tight budgets and few staff, having the option to create and distribute a form has made it much easier for us to attract and register new participants for our workshops.
Cons
What I miss is a built-in option to shorten the form URLs so we can easily copy, paste, or include them in promotional materials, right now we're forced to use external link-shortening sites to generate QR codes and compact links. I'd really like it if the tool included that capability.

“Trello-integrated form creator
Pros
We initially chose this app because of its Trello integration which has proven extremely useful. The form creator is easy to operate, offering plenty of choices to tailor it to our specific requirements.
Cons
By far the main thing I'd change is there's no text formatting or even a way to add a longer paragraph. When people submit, everything arrives to us as one continuous block of text instead of being separated or styled with italics, bold, or similar. Another frustrating issue is attachments always download automatically, I'd much prefer being able to peek at them in a browser tab first so I don't have to save every file just to see what's inside.

Pros
I really appreciate how easy this tool is to navigate. I also value being able to update a form without having to send a new link to everyone to access the revised version. On top of that, the customer support for this tool is outstanding!!
Cons
If I had to point out one drawback, I'd mention that making deeper customizations can be a little tricky and could use improvement. Still, I find the customer support is extremely helpful with those customization needs.

This tool is extremely user-friendly, the interfaces are clean and easy, so it's simple for me to learn how to navigate and use all the options. I can fully customize my form and access all the collected data.
Cons
Although I really like this tool, one thing that could be improved is the number of click-throughs required when I'm editing a form and occasionally some plugins fail to work properly. It might also be related to differences in country-specific features or availability overall.

Pros
As a photographic artist, I rely on this tool to track and manage every one of my records. Every client I work with must sign off on waivers and this platform takes care of all of that. It also aligns building templates which saves me time. Whenever something goes wrong, the support team is easy to reach and helpful when I need assistance.
Cons
I think the app still needs a lot of improvement. I ended up deleting it because there were so many bugs that it became unusable. For now I stick to using the desktop version on my phone and that setup performs much better for my needs.

Over the years I've relied on this tool for a lot of different tasks. I use it to build online forms, to manage documents that need signatures and for assignments where I must track photo proof. It's also incredibly simple to set up forms quickly.
Cons
On the reporting side I'm still finding things a bit confusing and haven't fully worked it out yet. A clearer walkthrough or better guidance for the reports would be extremely useful and would help me make sense of the data much faster.

“Enhanced conversion with card layout

this app lets me create cleaner, more approachable forms than the built-in form features in most CRMs, email platforms, or marketing automation tools. The Card layout offers a tidier experience and boosts conversion rates. I rely on it for every website I build.
Cons
Embedding forms on websites is a chore, their default is an iframe which feels dated and isn't universally compatible and it needs a huge amount of padding when used in Squarespace. More flexibility with layout, sizing/padding and field outputs would take the product up a notch. Support is fast and friendly but repeatedly misses the point when replying to tickets. I'm half convinced first-tier support is actually AI rather than human, since they often give an answer about an irrelevant detail instead of the question the ticket asks.

I'm thrilled with how simple and enjoyable this tool is, it turns collecting client information into really simple. It simplifies gathering all the data and details I need. Since my new business has so many different parts, it's keeping me from having to invest in a full website and is actively helping me attract and retain clients!
Cons
The only complaints I have are features I suspect would be unlocked with a paid plan (which makes total sense). I'd like more customization choices and a greater variety of form templates but I understand those extras are probably reserved for paying customers.

Pros
Great tool.... I used to rely on paper forms for my clients and keeping track of all those sheets and filing them felt like a constant headache. Now I use this HIPAA-compliant tool for every form and they're saved online in a secure place I can reach whenever necessary. It has also cut down a huge amount of time when my clients arrive for their appointments which makes the whole check-in process so much smoother and less stressful for me and them.
Cons
On my end, things have been going really well overall and I honestly don't have major dislikes. The one problem I ran into recently was that I paid for my subscription but the payment somehow disappeared which was surprising. I've been using this tool for quite some time and I've never experienced anything like that before, so I hope it was just a one-off glitch that can be sorted out quickly.

“Reliable user-friendly form builder

Okay so.... I'm really impressed by how user-friendly this is. In my experience the form builder is easy to set up and operate and the conditional logic behaves reliably without needing any programming. It displays cleanly on both phones and desktops and when I hit an issue I can usually resolve it quickly because a simple Google search turns up solutions to common questions about the tool.
Cons
With complicated forms that contain lots of conditions I notice the system can act up occasionally, showing small glitches under heavy conditional logic. Also, moving data collected in one form into another isn't supported in an easy or effective way, so when I need to carry information forward to a second form that the same client must also fill out, the process ends up being awkward and unreliable for that kind of workflow.

It is incredibly simple to set up and use. When I work with the forms and app builders, everything feels quick, simple and professional. The integrations are also really convenient and easy. I decided to upgrade to the Bronze plan and it has been worth every single penny.
Cons
Regarding one hiccup, I'm having difficulty figuring out how to combine the 'stock' feature with dates so that each date shows the same inventory and then renews every day. I've reached out to the tool's community for help but I haven't been able to solve it yet. Apart from that problem, I can use the platform's features to accomplish what I need.

I really like how flexible the form features are and all the ways you can work with the data you collect, for example, it automatically builds tables and charts that are actually useful. The forms I create can also be printed as editable PDFs which is a big plus. I also appreciate that tables can be used independently of form creation and come with a great set of buttons and functions that make manipulating data easy.
Cons
Because it's an international platform, I find the monthly fee quoted in reais to be somewhat pricey for individual professionals like me. I wish there were additional pricing plans that included encryption but came at a lower, more accessible rate for small entrepreneurs and solo business owners.

To my clients, this tool appears wonderfully simple but I know the forms can be quite sophisticated under the hood. I really appreciate that we can tailor it so certain selections trigger assignments to specific team members, among other customizations.
Cons
We honestly don't encounter many downsides, it's simple to learn and there are loads of templates if you're looking for a head start. The real trap is that after building one form, you'll likely want dozens, even a hundred more.
