“easy to manage & well-organized

Pros

It is so easy to manage. I was able to set up all my client intake forms with Jotform. In short everything is well-organized and simple for both me and my clients to use.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. I love how it has helped me stay organized and made running my business easier. Managing client intake was also very easy with this tool.

“Great for custom widgets and templates

Pros

The option to add custom widgets for capturing more in-depth information is a feature I really like. It is also great having access to multiple templates when you need them.

Cons

Well the limit on how many forms I can create feels a bit low especially for the ones I plan on using regularly.

“User friendly platform

Pros

Jotform platform is user friendly and you do not need any coding knowledge. We have built everything from volunteer sign-up sheets to donor feedback forms. This is where features like conditional logic and automated responses let us take full control without having to hire a developer.

Cons

The free version hits its submission limit pretty fast and we have to pay if we want to remove the branding from our forms.

Pros

You can easily create forms by just pointing, clicking and editing. So my suggestion would be for any person, even with no prior experience to give it a try.

Cons

I do not like that there is no monthly payment option, only an annual plan. So I would suggest revisiting that choice. I also think making the review process easier would be a good improvement.

“pretty easy to use for our team

Pros

Figuring out the platform was not an issue and easy to use for our team. We relied on it to run evaluation forms and for submitting reports, which was incredibly helpful.

Cons

My team did not adopt it for a long time and I believe the reason was the limited options for customizing the forms.

“BEST TOOL

Pros

All the forms for new members to sign up at our personal training studio are made with Jotforms. It is incredibly simple to use. This has made our onboarding system fast and efficient, creating a much better experience for new clients. For us the biggest benefit is that we spend a lot less time on the admin work of getting someone new into our program. To put it simply, it's completely changed how we operate.

Cons

Its very user friendly. We just were not aware of the monthly signature limit when we tested our new site and hit our cap immediately, which locked us out. Other than that one issue, we are huge fans of it.

“set up process was easy!

Pros

Setting up new forms and tailoring them to what we require is so easy. Plus we get all the flexibility we need from the drag and drop feature and the wide selection of templates.

Cons

Some features that are easy to find on the desktop version can be a bit harder to locate or use on a mobile device. They are usually still there but the navigation is not as smooth which makes editing forms on the go a bit tougher.

“Delivered on everything I expected

Pros

My first time using Jotform was in 2020 and I came back to it in 2023 for academic research. Out of all the platforms I tried, this was the one that delivered on everything I expected. The range of integrations available is so good. My colleagues saw what I was doing, got interested and started using it themselves. The results and the data analysis you can do are excellent.

Cons

The number of submissions allowed on the free plan is very low. For my academic research, I had to create three different forms for the same project to manage it.

“Incredibly versatile

Pros

What I like about it is the huge variety of forms you can make, you can go way beyond the usual contact forms. Plus it is very simple to create them with just a drag and drop action.

Cons

One issue with it is that it needs better optimization for mobile devices. Sometimes the designs and logos appear stretched or distorted on phones and tablets.

“Amazing customization and simplicity

The amount of customization we can do and the simplicity of building forms is amazing. I mean it seems to have a solution for whatever you need.

Cons

For the most part, building forms is really simple but getting the visual design just right can be a major pain. So I would say making a form look perfect has a bit of a learning curve.

Being able to customize our form into almost anything we can imagine and then share it across different platforms is a feature I really like.

Cons

I could not find anything to dislike. I suppose it might benefit from some self-help videos for people who are not very tech-savvy.

The interfaces are user-friendly, there is a great range of customization for the forms and having free plan options to test things out is a big plus.

Cons

The branding on the free plan is there and sometimes larger forms can load a bit slowly. Though that was only a problem for us on one occasion.

Jotform templates are really useful and I was genuinely surprised the first time I saw how much the software can do. It feels like you can build anything you can think of with them.

Sometimes I really second guess my decision to use it because using the blocks to build forms kept confusing me.

“easy to use with great customization

It is so easy to use and I love the sheer amount of customization offered to set up and present a form that truly represents my business. The templates are great too. Another feature I like is the option to put a video as a background behind the form as it makes everything look very professional and dynamic

Cons

The interface feels a bit clunkier and needs more manual setup compared to a tool like Typeform. However it is far more powerful in terms of the things we can actually do with it.

Pros

Having access to a bunch of different templates is a feature I really like about Jotform. Plus the ability to connect it with other apps is another great plus.

Cons

It is a little expensive and has some limits on customization but I believe it is a worthwhile investment for the long term.

It is amazing how many different types of forms we can make and share and having templates to use as a starting point is really helpful.

Cons

Getting the picture size right for my forms is always a challenge. You can adjust it to look good on a computer or a phone, but it is hard to get it looking perfect on both.

We can build custom forms for our clients to fill out and send back to us which is a great method for evaluating what's working well and what needs improvement in our business.

The forms can sometimes feel a bit impersonal or generic and we do not always get a great level of response from our clients.

The thing that stood out to me most was how simple Jotform is, while also providing little side notes and helpful hints to guide you on how to use the platform properly.

There was not really anything I disliked about it, aside from the simple fact that you eventually have to pay for it.

For creating digital forms, this tool is a really fast and simple solution. Also it makes gathering data and feedback a super simple process.

Honestly I cannot think of any major issues, other than the selection of templates being a bit limited.

There is not much to complain about, honestly as it is a great platform. I am on the free plan and it lets me collect up to 100 responses.
