This software came across as highly professional. The onboarding specialist assigned to us was exceptional as well. We have a complicated cap table with a lot of stakeholders and she set everything up in the software with impressive patience and accuracy.
Cons
I'm still fairly new to the platform but after using it enough to get a feel for it, I don't have any complaints. It's exactly the solution we needed for a major cap table management challenge.
