“Avoid this, it's not worth it”
Pros
The ease of installation and the customization options are standout features of this software. It functions smoothly and can be tailored to meet specific needs.
Cons
The technical support is practically useless. Lexis/Nexis makes it nearly impossible to transfer the software from an old device to a new one. I was quoted $5,000 to transfer my Time Matters software and data from my old laptop to my new one and even then, I would only have access to a bot that might or might not be able to make the transfer happen.

“Its good for book keeping”
Pros
I love how easy it is to use especially when generating reports and obtaining documents. Everything I need is just a few clicks away.
Cons
Customer support is severely lacking. Calls put you on hold forever and emails are slow to get responses. It feels like they're not really invested in resolving issues.

“Left using it”
Pros
Honestly, there wasn't a single feature of Time Matters that I liked using. I couldn't find anything useful in it for my needs.
Cons
The software is not simple to use at all. It kept freezing, renaming my letters randomly and kicking me out right in the middle of drafting important documents. It's very frustrating to work with.
