“SO sick of proving I am human over and over and over”

Cons
The repeated demands to click pictures of hats or curtains or buckets to prove you're human is SO frustrating. You have to click the right pictures to sign into your account. Then you have to click more pictures to do a search. Then after a couple of files, you have to go click more pictuers and prove you're human again to keep going. And a few minutes later you're clicking more pictures of buckets. What makes it worse is the number of blob pictures you can't tell are hats or buckets until you're being told to start over. Attorneys are the primary users and should not have to go through all that to look at their own clients under their own password protected accounts.

Cons
No prompts to proactively address errors while working in the system. Have to file and wait for it to be returned - sometimes a day later. Fix and refile and they find something else new and back it comes....

What do I love about them?, let me think� just kidding. There are nothing.
Cons
The customer support is a total runaround. You'll feel like you're on a merry go round, no one has actual answers. They just tell you to "contact your local courthouse," even though the courts don't see what we see as attorneys or paralegals. Trying to pull up client documents, court dates and other info takes 3 times longer than it used to because the system keeps throwing errors, no matter how many times you try with file numbers or names.
