Autonomous Timekeeping captures all desktop activity automatically, removing the need for manual time entry. This feature increases accuracy by recording work as it happens, which helps reduce administrative overhead and ensures that billable hours are not lost or misreported.
AI-Generated Narratives
AI-Generated Narratives automatically create detailed descriptions of recorded activities, which can be used in invoices and reports. This reduces the time spent writing manual entries and ensures clients receive clear, consistent documentation of work performed.
Automatic Case Detection And Tagging
Automatic Case Detection And Tagging uses AI to identify and assign matter IDs from connected systems in real time. This ensures that work is correctly categorized for billing purposes, reducing the risk of human error and improving data integrity.
Privacy Controls
Privacy Controls give users the ability to manage the visibility, deletion, and retention of their activity timeline. This supports compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and allows individuals to maintain control over their recorded data.

“An easy choice for small firms”
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use and the gentle learning curve is exactly why it's my go-to choice for small and mid-sized law firms. I can get my team up to speed quickly without lengthy training. I also really appreciate the clear, insightful reporting and dashboards.. they give me an at-a-glance understanding of our firm's performance without any guesswork.
Cons
While it's not the cheapest option I feel the entry-level plan still includes plenty of features I especially value the generous member controls and auto-tagging.

“Tracks all time but lacks codes”
Pros
So happy that I can track every minute of my work now which has helped me capture all my time and noticeably increase my daily billable hours.
Cons
My clients need ABA litigation codes but wisetime only includes 'A' codes and lacks the 'L' codes we require, so billing becomes a issue since we have to manually enter those L codes. On top of that, time tracking via the Outlook app doesn't sync automatically and we have to record time manually whereas I'd much prefer an automated option.

“excellent support but weak tech links”
Pros
I have gotten excellent customer support especially from erika , she's been fantastic. The app reliably tracks my time and even notifies me when I come back to my computer so I can log time for tasks I handled away from my desk which makes keeping accurate records much easier.
Cons
I really wish the technical side were stronger when it comes to integrating with other tools like Practice Panther and Google Calendar and the connections feel weak. It often fails to pull or even recognize client names from Practice Panther and there's no way to import events from my calendar which is disappointing.
