It seems busy and tricky to navigate with a fair amount of downtime for maintenance in the middle of the night which is when college students typically complete their work.

The GUI for our version of Blackboard appears extremely dated resembling a late GeocitiesFark.com era. Despite this there is an acceptance of its functionality over aesthetics which is a tradeoff made with Canvas. The BB Gradebook remains a considerable hassle being slow tedious to adjust difficult to manage and userunfriendly.

The online service differs significantly from the app version which can also pose a problem. The online UI needs an update to align more with the app.
