I find Blackboard Learn lacks intuitive design.

Cons

Despite a recent update improving the user interface somewhat it remains less user-friendly. Inputting test questions is time-consuming and the video conferencing feature is challenging to use limiting visibility.

Most features are only available on high teir plans. The suppoer takes forever to get back to us. There are many issues using Apple products. The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired.
