intuitive and engaging

Pros

My experience with Captivo has been mostly positive. When I talk about the platform's interface, it is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to onboard new hires quickly. We also like the fact that it offers a wide range of advanced features, for example quizzes and discussion forums, which allow us to keep the training sessions engaging.

Cons

The mobile app is not the best as per my experience. The experience is not as smooth as on a desktop.

Pros

The software is pretty easy to use and user-friendly. The features are also robust. Also, it allows us to customize it as per our specific needs.

Cons

There are a few cons of this software. Firstly, the price is a bit too high. Moreover, the customer services are not up to the mark. They do not have enough knowledge about the software. Also, their response time is pretty slow.
